Nach 10 Tagen Wartezeit wurde der Ring für meine Verlobte grade mal zum Versand bereit gemacht. Nach 14 Tagen warten immer noch kein Paket
(5 Werktage bis zur Lieferung laut der Beschreibung)
Niemals würde ich nochmal bei euch bestellen.

Great customer service and quick to answer

Ich möchte die Taschen zurückschicken, weil sie nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprechen. Seit mehreren Wochen bitte ich den Shop um die Adresse, an die ich meine Rücksendung adressieren muss, da diese nicht auf der Website ersichtlich ist. Leider wird mir auf diese Frage nicht geantwortet, stattdessen erhalte ich immer nur die Nachricht, dass ich die Taschen doch auch behalten könnte, um jemand anderem damit eine Freude zu machen, dann würde ich trotzdem einen kleinen Anteil erstattet bekommen. Dies möchte ich aber nicht. Nun antwortet der Shop gar nicht mehr. Ich bin darüber sehr verärgert!

Olivia the Customer Service team member has been absolutely excellent. Super helpful and very informative with helping me with my questions and exchange as I ordered the wrong size. Very reassuring which put my mind at ease. Massive thanks.

I ordered a bag, but unfortunately I didn’t like the color, so I asked for return. I’m from Germany, so the shipping costs to the UK are quite high. Olivia from the customer service understood my point and was very accommodating regarding the return!!
I was very impressed and will definitely order again.

The product I received from this website which was a beach bag was of very very poor quality and did not match the description and quality mentioned in the website. I do not recommend buying anything until quality is improved at the China factory where these products come from

I have purchased from Ariadne before and found that the bags I received for my order were lovely and of good quality. I was not disappointed. I ordered another bag recently, but the colour I wanted was out of stock. Olivia from Customer Support contacted me to ask if I would prefer another colour of the same bag, but it was not for me. So with a nice apologetic email from Olivia I was offered a refund & a 10% discount off my next purchase, which I thought was a really kind gesture.

Ordered a ring for my girlfriends birthday emailed me two days later saying it’s out of stock which was a shame however refund process was very easy should get my money back in 2-5 days

Just a final update. They say you can return then give an address in the UK and tell you it will be weeks, and if anything is wrong they may refuse. First they offered 25% refund or 60% as credit for another item. They finally offered 50% immediately. When I checked shipping to UK it was breakeven so took the deal - withbat least this truthful AVOID review. Given they screwed up original shipment - should have cancelled then, their incompetence is clear. Must note photos do not represent what you get, and handle is poor and painful to hold. Price not bad but be sure what you order is what you want, there are NO meaningful returns. Donation to charity, some orphan may get some joy from it - given the UK connection guess we are helping Oliver's. Adriadne is definitely Fagin. Smooth front, rotten core.

Ich habe ein Ring bestellt. Das ganze hat über 2 Wochen gedauert und dann habe ich eine leere Ringschachtel geschickt bekommen.

Toller Kundensupport von Olivia, so dass wir eine Ersatzlieferung erhalten haben. Die Tasche gefällt uns sehr gut.

my order was late, contacted customer service the lady name was Olivia , she was so nice replayed same day and reassured me with order information and when will I receive it. Just wanted to say Thank you so happy with the bag and quality is good.

I’m finding it difficult to give a fair review - I ordered a ‘smoothing body suit’ but when it arrived it was ill fitting, horrible cheap material and didn’t look anything like advertised. I contacted customer services to return the item, which they initially refused because you can’t return underwear for hygiene reasons. I pointed out that it isn’t my fault they produce poor quality goods and choose to deliver items without any tags or hygiene strips. After threatening further action, Olivia in customer services agreed I could return the item, which I did the same day. I was assured the refund would be processed immediately but am still awaiting the money. To be fair it has been a bank holiday weekend and this could delay it, so we’ll see. So, customer service excellent when pressed, quality of goods very poor in my experience. I can’t recommend buying from The Ariadne but if you do experience issues they appear to be willing to help. The communication was very good and the issue resolved quickly, although still awaiting the refund to my account.

I purchased 2 photo necklaces and gave them to my family members who were really surprised and when they discovered the photos on display actually cried tears of joy...the necklaces are of high quality and such a wonderful and beautiful gift to give anyone......I personally have NO HESITATION in recommending the company and the necklaces
