We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from our estate agents, Bailee & Alice. They did a fantastic job in getting our home sold within just two months, which exceeded our expectations.

From the very beginning, their communication was excellent — always quick to respond to any queries or questions we had, no matter how small. They provided clear, honest, and achievable advice on how to present our home in the best possible way, which made a real difference in securing a sale.

What really stood out was their transparency and professionalism. The feedback we received throughout the process was always constructive and realistic, helping us make informed decisions with confidence.

Their support didn’t stop at selling our property either. They went above and beyond by assisting us in our search for a new home, ensuring the entire process ran as smoothly and quickly as possible while keeping our buyer satisfied along the way.

Martin was so helpful throughout quite a difficult experience. He offered really good advice and was always on hand to provide support & information.

We used Emily through the Avenue, I can't fault anything or recommend anything Emily could improve on, as everything she did was exceptional. Her communication was outstanding and helped make a very stressful situation, made worse by poor service from the solicitors, much easier to manage. Without Emily, I genuinely believe we would still be stuck in the chain rather than living in our dream home.

After every viewing, she sent a detailed update on how she felt it went, followed by a prompt message the next day with any responses. I was always kept fully informed.

If we ever move again (though I hope we don’t, as it’s so stressful!), we will definitely be using Emily. I have already recommended her to family and friends, and I truly couldn’t fault the service.

The Avenue isn’t the cheapest estate agent on the high street…. BUT, then again we got £25K more for our property than the highest price estimated by their competitors….

Kerching, cash in the bank, rather than lack lustre service!

So it depends what you want? Cheap, cheerful with poor service (to be honest it’s got to be so much easier to sell your property, for a lot less than it’s worth…),

But, as they say you do get what you pay for and in the Avenue’s case, that’s EXCELLENT customer SERVICE above and beyond all expectations, (in our case £25K), better than the highest price estimated by their competitors.

They truly do maximise the return on your property.

For the record, we paid about 0.5% more on their fee compared to the rest and gained 6% on the value of our property, so it really was a NO BRAINER.

How do they do it?…. The ladies, Emma and Ella work almost 24/7 on your behalf, constantly updating social media. BTW …The photography, video and marketing is exceptional and truly 1st class… the ladies really do work tirelessly on your behalf…

We cannot fault them in any way whatsoever, can we RECOMMEND them… YES WHOLEHEARTEDLY …

Martin has been fantastic from start to finish. We’ve had experience selling with other agents and there is a stark difference between the efforts of Martin in comparison bigger high street estate agencies. Martin genuinely seems to care about the sale and achieving the best results.
Communication has been brilliant and once sold, he continued to be in regular touch regarding the sale. The last few weeks especially needed a lot of chasing and Martin was always at the end of the phone and easy to get hold of.
We’ve hopefully found our Forever home now but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin to any one thinking of selling

If your looking to put your house on the market I would 100% recommend Eliza at The Avenue, we stupidly put ours on with some one else first and they were very unrealistic with our price and photos were terrible. After our bad experience Eliza saved us she was amazing getting everything spot on from start to finish thank you so much for making our sale happen shes always on the end of the phone when I needed her she really goes above and beyond.

The staff at the Avenue were helpful, proactive and kept us informed throughout the process. Their approach to marketing assisted in finding buyers quickly and maintaining progress on our sale.

I was the buyer of a property sold by The Avenue which completed in February 2026 and consider that although the Agent was acting on behalf of the seller I received a very personal and helpful service without being pushy. I consider the Agent also went over and above his service on behalf of the seller.

From our very first introduction, Henry Teal came across as professional, kind and incredibly determined, and he absolutely lived up to that impression. From the outset he worked tirelessly to ensure our property was presented at its very best, and the marketing was the strongest and most effective we had seen.

Henry was always available and approachable. No matter the time of day, if I had a concern or sent a message, he responded quickly and made sure any issues were dealt with. If something arose that others struggled to resolve, Henry took ownership and made sure it was sorted.
