I'm sorry that you're unhappy with your refund.
We feel compelled to share that this was a 2ml fragrance sample that arrived damaged, not a bottle, but as a goodwill gesture we offered to refund of 5 Euro for the sample.
Please rest assured that we pride ourselves on delivering the very best service we can, and if something goes wrong with your order we will divide and conquer to put it right.
For anybody reading this, please also read the other reviews here and we're certain that they will reassure you that you will be well-looked after when shopping with us.
With very best wishes,
The Beautiful Team =)

New company, good service
I was a little wary of using TheBeautiful as I had not heard of them and there are few reviews, but I needn’t have worried.
My item arrived quickly and well packaged, price was good and the item was in stock (oos elsewhere).
I will use again.

An Excellent Buying Experience At The Beautiful
The product range I was interested in on the ‘The Beautiful’ website, was very impressive. The pricing was very fair and the discount available was extremely attractive. Delivery was prompt and very secure and an additional gift was also provided.
