The Branded Company Reviews

We have used the Branded Company for years and are always impressed by their range of products and great pricing. We enjoy dealing with Ramsey and always find him to be highly knowledgeable. Many of our jobs need to be turned around in a limited timeframe and Ramsey always works with us to make sure deadlines are met. Many thanks!

Dealing with Sam Lane was a breeze and nothing was too much trouble. From my first email request to the payment of the order, Sam couldn't do enough and was a pleasure to deal with. The product arrived on time as promised. Will definitely use the Branded Company and Sam again. Thanks Sam for all your help!

The yo-yos were fantastic! I handed them out at InstallerSHOW and they were a proper crowd-pleaser. They brought back so many childhood memories, got people talking and were the perfect fun merch idea. Ethan was a pleasure to work with—super friendly, helpful and made everything so easy. I’d definitely order again!

Amar Arjan, what a gentleman you've got on your hands there at your company. He was attentive to my every request even when it changed numerous times. We finally got to the point of completing the order and he ensured everything was processed smoothly. Every company would benefit from having an Amar.

First-time order for a load of branded pens. Quick and friendly customer service and superfast turnaround and delivery to meet a deadline. Thank you!

Sam lane provides excellent service to my business. The process is simple, creative and transparent. The branded company managed our logo very well and transposed it into many different products.

We've been using this supplier for our small business for a while now, and the service has been consistently excellent. Deliveries are always quick and reliable, and any questions we have are answered promptly.

Amar's service from start to finish was exceptional and I pleased with the quality of the products

Amar at The Branded Company provided excellent service from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of placing our promotional merchandise order straightforward and hassle-free. Communication was great throughout, and he was always happy to answer questions and offer helpful advice. I'd definitely recommend Amar and The Branded Company for anyone looking for quality promotional merch and great customer service.

Good communication, quality product and fast delivery. Thank you Ethan.

We ordered a fantastic selection of Bilfinger-branded giveaways from The Branded Company, including chocolate tools, seeds in little plant pots and what felt like a lorry load of jelly beans. They looked great and went down extremely well at the World BioGas event in Birmingham.

Muzi was brilliant throughout. He may be a man of few words online, but he is warm, engaging and incredibly helpful on the phone, so I would encourage other customers to pick up the phone and speak to him. He was thorough, responsive and turned everything around remarkably quickly.

I would have no hesitation in using Muzi and The Branded Company again.

(sorry the lorry was a bit battered - it was in my back pack on a packed train returning home!)

Had a few calls with different companies and came across the Branded Company. Sam was very helpful and friendly over the phone and over email with all the proofs to provide all the materials. Cannot fault the team and shall be using them again. Thank you.

Lou really helped us, in general, and in sourcing the right product, thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Thank you Muzi. Really pleased with the speaker. Great sound.

Great job meet my tight deadline and kept me informed all the way . Very happy with my Coffin Air freshers, which stole the show.

We recently placed a last-minute order for some branded gifts, and the service we received was outstanding. Sam Lane was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping us updated, answering our questions promptly, and ensuring everything was handled efficiently despite the tight deadline.

The gifts arrived as required, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Sam's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a potentially stressful situation very straightforward.

A huge thank you to Sam – we wouldn't hesitate to use The Branded Company again and highly recommend them to others looking for quality branded merchandise and excellent customer service.

Great Experience.
Really great service every time. The team is always friendly and willing to help, even with last-minute requests. Muzi is especially brilliant at making sure everything is sorted and delivered on time.

This is the first time we have used the Branded Company and would recommend them.
Sam was very helpful in his advice and during the process. Whilst he was on leave his e-mails were picked up and answered efficiently.
Any queries were answered very quickly and the order was quickly turned around. We are very pleased with our branded tote bags.
