Oh my God! This is a field very new to me and the whole process was well explanatory, made it easy to know and understand everything.

A very informative course, easy to navigate web page,and very helpful with clients. A pleasure to use would thoroughly recommend.

The company and products are amazing especially the staff behind it, only one critism,the codes they send to log in are incorrect, it's a bit frustrating,but thankfully karem sorted it for me and away we go,and I've past and super happy,look forward to adding more to my resume,thank you builders academy

I was taught the course in simple and clear way,the guide materials were helpful and clarify all concepts by including images that makes the course understandable and create image in my mind and unforgettable.

The guy who's been helping us through it and explaining the process kel has been great couldn't ask for more as far as customer service he's got us through on short notice where other companies were unable to help would highly recommend him getting promoted

I was sent wrong email first and I paid for learning information after my employer had already paid for it and was informed I would be refunded the payment but still haven’t received it yet and I was then sent an email that was supposed to have a link to proceed with my application but it didn’t have the link so I phoned them and then I got the email with the link so I passed the tests and then I received a certificate which is not recognised on the construction site so I can’t get on site to work so I called them and they told me it will be at least 72 hours before I will get the card I need. I wish my employer used a competent company . I would be more than happy to discuss this with thebuildersacademy.co.uk if they want to call me while I’m sitting in the work van alone waiting for my work mate who has to do the job on his own because I am not allowed on site because the certificate they emailed me is not the correct one and I can’t leave because we drove from Scarborough to Bishop Auckland to do the work.

I have recently completed my EUSR water hygiene card through The Builders Academy and I 100% will reccomend these guys to anyone. Kel and the team are very helpful, professional aswell as clear and efficient on how the course is delivered and for the timing of how long it takes to complete. From booking the course, completing ID checks to reciveing the course materials and completing test took around 4 hours total. The software and materials received was so easy to use on my mobile phone and I did not need to use a computer at all. The instructions were very clear and when I did phone to ask for help on one part, Kel answered the phone and helped me straight away. I passed the cause as well which is also a plus 😄👍 big thanks to Kel and the team again and I will be reccomending them to everyone.
