As I am interstate, I purchased an Uber Gift Card for my son, who then activated and had to put in our family shared account. ( which was the only way to use the uber card) There is no record of this... Toon meer

Personally I can’t fault this site , simple to navigate plenty of choices for anyone and occasion and it’s fast so no waiting for hours to receive

Unknown gifting

Needed to buy a gift for a friend that has a weird in general so I brought a gift card and she was so happy to go out and pick exactly what she wanted no hassles

I’ve used TCN a few times with poor…

I’ve used TCN a few times with poor results.

The first one was where I purchased a digital card for a gift last June. It didn’t arrive for days and so wasn’t able to be given earlier. Other companies issue gift cards on the spot. This was a pretty poor experience for a farewell gift that came days later.

The second instance, which happened today, is where I was bought a card a gift as a gift. I displaced it during a house move in 2023 and found it while being on extended leave just now. I got really excited as I found it with other gift cards that had expired. TCN is the only company that refused to issue a new card that was expired. Every other company, such as AnyCard, even when the card was a large amount - $300 - was more than happy to reissue the card. One company even stated that whilst the card had an expiry, they believed it was fair to reissue it because the only reason they had expiry dates was because the card had to have a date.

We use TCN a lot at work at my big organisation. Safe to say I won’t be and I’ll make sure we support the other companies who have helped instead.

I receive email with voacher, then got put it onto TCN app then apple wallet I don’t have an apple phone this is giving me a migraine

Not the 5 star review I hoped to write

This is the second time I have not been successful with a gift-card purchase. It has taken the money out of my account and the status has been processing and the it has refunded my money and cancelled the transaction. I am not impressed by this and was very stressed as to how I was going to get it completed as it was on behalf of someone overseas.
I ended up ordering it through Officeworks which was great and seamless. I completed a click & collect in Brendale, Brisbane and within the hour it was ready for collection. BONUS - the staff were very cheerful, helpful and I had a great experience all round.

Another $50 lost in space!

As I am interstate, I purchased an Uber Gift Card for my son, who then activated and had to put in our family shared account. ( which was the only way to use the uber card) There is no record of this being credited to my Uber account. I wrote to the support desk for the card network asking for a refund, I have not received either an acknowledgement or response. $50 just floating around with no responsibility or recognition from Card.gift
Don’t bother, is my advice. Going around in circles !

I have contacted TCN at least twice, not hearing back from them

I have contacted TCN regarding A. not being able to see my card, gifted to my, my daughter was able to fix it, she had the wrong phone number (I never heard from them anyway and this was in February)
B. Why my Woolworths transaction was declined. Haven't heard from them, I just got the same autogenerated message that I got all those months ago

Part Order recieved with no…

Part Order recieved with no explanation.
I ordered 25 gift cards and have received only 10. I have emailed Support and attempted to call The Card Network without any luck. What am I to do now?! You can't speak to anyone because the phone cuts after 15-minutes - I've called several times.

The reply from the support email was vague and unhelpful. Now, after having posted by review I finally was able to speak to a real person - a call that took 23 minutes before I received assurance the matter was being resolved. It turns out the missing cards - being Prepaid Mastercards - were sent separately to the others and their processing timeframe was "different" to the others. I finally received the second batch ten days after receiving the first. I am not sure the fact that the cards are dispensed at different times is was something clearly stated when I placed my order.

No birthday present

Ordered digital gift for birthday today , birthday boy has not received it as yet poor service,cant call anyone on weekend for follow up.
