Perfect for last minute gifts, I sent my daughter in-law a Mother's Day gift card (digital via email) on Mother's Day, she received it without any problems. Reliable and very quick and easy to use.

It is not easy to have birthday and Christmas presents delivered in Australia from the USA. Amazon's selection is limited for what can be delivered relatively quickly without large international delivery fees. The digital Mastercard is the perfect way to let our loved ones get what they want and is delivered in minutes! And not a ton of fees either!

Quick and easy way to surprise someone one on their special day with a great gift, all without leaving my office. Can not recommend enough.

I have purchased eftpos gift cards through their site, twice the gard was 'cancelled'. There was no reason why the transaction was cancelled, and then I had to wait on hold for an hour before I could speak to someone, who's only suggestion was that the my billing addresses between their website and Shop Pay had a discrepancy.
Their ecosystem is confusing; they have multiple websites, all slightly different for essentially the same thing, although with slightly different fees and payment (one site forces PayPal, one requires Shop Pay).
I need eftpos cards as research incentives, so I feel like I am forced to use them... but I wish I didn't have to.

Purchased an expensive gift card to be delivered on the day of Mother’s Day. I’ve called and emailed for the last two days and I’ve been on held for 40 mins a time, for no one to answer me. If I had of known it wouldn’t be delivered at the time it asked me, I wouldn’t have chose this gift card or website. I’d be better off just giving our mum the money.

In response to your reply, I was still calling on Tuesday to follow up with the missing gift card. I have since received a refund through PayPal because your “wait times”, “verification” and “processing times” of this purchase seemed to never come. I was told multiple times that it needed 24hours, which it was 48 hours at that point, then verification of my details would take 3-4 hours, which the only thing I ever received was the confirmation of my order. When I finally threatened to contact consumer affairs, I received a link to a card that didn’t work and wouldn’t “activate” or “load” even after following your advice and downloading the app. This is not a good enough service at all

I placed an order for same day send for a birthday gift that never arrived.

No where on the site or in the FAQ does it mention a delay after placing the order and it being reviewed and confirmed before it is sent. Other similar retailers send within 4 hours!!

After several phone calls and sitting on hold to what appears to be an unattended number and several emails my order was eventually cancelled without response from TCN the next day.

Very poor and misleading. Do not waste your time.

Absolutely fraudulent. Gift card didn’t work, didn’t have a pin and won’t be reimbursed for their mistakes. Someone else though shopped with our money without a pin.

Hi this company is going down they have literally stop selling me visa gift card had have 72 in my app that they have approved and now there saying that I am faulty and untrustworthy and a criminal so iam going to take them to the accc and ombudsman and I sue them hassment and racism sorry but that is so unfair and I have to wait the reviewing my email and my name but the 72 gift card I had has the same email on them suing them for hassment and saying that I am fraud and there treating me like criminal . I have proof of everything

Great response time but. Extremely hard to just download app receive message and create. Account let alone add the card you have already purchaced to the app!

Quick and easy when you need a gift card in a hurry

Great company, they are our go to for work incentives and birthdays for the team. It allows everyone to choose what they want to spend it on and we have never had any issues with them. One time we accidentally put in the wrong phone number for a card, we called through and they were really quick to change the error for us and get the card resent, great service and great company!

Registering was super easy to do there wasn't anything complicated which I love because life is difficult enough was a nice experience all round :)

I was very happy with my transaction - loved that the gift card was animated, and had a suitable design for a 21st birthday present.

I've bought over 30 gift cards, each card bought for myself in the form of prepaid Mastercards for use on subscriptions I don't want repeating over and over forever each card bought with the for myself option arrived in my email in 10min.
