Solidly made furniture, great workmanship and a smooth transaction from start to finish.
The chaise was delivered on schedule and the option to dispose of my old one was really convenient, as it saved me the hassle.
All in all i couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the service i received.

Everything went really smooth, from receiving the samples to the chaise. The quality is really good. The delivery was quick and in general very happy.

We was looking for a Chaise Longue for our new house, just before Christmas and in the middle of covid19 restrictions. The sizes they offered online were a little to big for the area we needed it for. All it took was a phone call to realise that they were customer focused. Not only did they resize the product to suit, i had samples of material in just a few days. when all was decided the product was made and delivered before christmas and we are very happy with the excellent quality and design. a great team to work with

Through initial consultation Adam (managing director) and I designed a bespoke chaise longue for my tiny cottage. Their whole service from sending fabric samples to final delivery was so easy. The finished piece is gorgeous, well built, beautifully finished and fits perfectly. I am delighted to support a British company.

I ordered a chaise and was promised it before Christmas and it arrived yesterday! It’s beautiful- sooo well made. Not the cheapest out there but definitely worth the money. Obviously made with love and utter care. I’d totally recommend this company and wish I had more room for another couple of chaises!!!!

Right from my initial enquiry, The Chaise Longue company were nothing short of superb. I received a very professional information pack, including the fabric samples I had requested, within a couple of days of my first contact. I then had a follow up call from the friendly but non-pushy Adam, to see if I needed any more information, which was helpful, as I was actually torn between a couple of options at the time.

Having paid my deposit and placed my order, Adam kept me informed and I was delighted to get a call telling me that my Chaise would be with me a few days before Christmas, just as originally promised.

The guys delivered it on Saturday - it's a long way from Yorkshire to me down on the South Coast, the traffic was awful, the weather was horrible, and they were still smiling!

I love my new Chaise - it's exactly as I imagined it, and the quality is excellent. It looks perfect and is really comfy too.

From start to finish, the service was fab. No complaints at all. Material samples were sent promptly. The finished chaise (which is stunning) was delivered by the company themselves (not a delivery company) - both delivery guys were very polite and helpful and installed the chaise in the room I wanted. I love it. I would highly recommend the service - it felt very personalised.

Adam and Jonathan guide you through the process with advice and suggestions so you get the product you have always wanted. Wonderful craftsmanship. The chaise longue designs are beautiful and in a class of their own.

The Chaise Longue company were great. We had several phone calls and email exchanges before I got my fabric selection right. Delivery was when they said it would be and I am delighted with the result.

I would like to thank both Adam and Jon for the service they provided even in a pandemic they kept me informed and was most helpful when I was being picky with samples, they were happy to send me variety before I chose my ideal one. They even called to check everything was ok to make sure I didn't need any more help. The longue is just how I wanted and end product is perfect and great quality. I will refer them and will come back in the future.
