Excellent customer service
I had an issue with a set of outdoor furniture and Sarah was excellent at responding to my initial enquiry through to a final resolution and following up to make sure that the delivery was as expected and set up for me. It was not a straightforward situation which made her attention to detail even more appreciated.

Great experience with a friendly human touch!
Ordered a beautiful vase on the Conran website, which matched one I bought a few years ago from the store. The vase arrived promptly, and was packed with care and attention. There was a lovely little delivery card with an attractive graphic, and a note that my order was packed by Anjalee. It's a small but meaningful detail; I appreciate there was a person who looked after my order and took steps to ensure it reached me in perfect condition. There was a glitch on the website on this particular product and I couldn't buy it online. I called The Conran Shop and my call was answered immediately. A email was sent with a link for payment, the purchase was sent, and I received it within 2 days later. Very efficient, thank you.

Excellent Service, Great Purchase
Niloufer is a very helpful and efficient salesperson. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Because I bought items in clearance, I was happy to note that the Conran Shop actually charged very reasonable delivery charges rather than their usual unreasonably extortionate delivery charges for regular purchases. The goods were delivered the next day as promised. Finally, the Knoll Saarinen Tulip chairs I bought were precisely as described and are a fabulous purchase at an excellent price.

irresponsible packaging
ordered an A3 picture frame in the sale and its very nice, but i have a gripe with the packaging - absolutely ludicrous amount of packing in a huge box that the poor courier could hardly carry. when I saw the box i assumed they had sent me something in error, but no - its was just one picture frame in an enormous box. all the packaging will probably nearly fill my entire recycling bin! this cannot be responsible - the frame itself was very securely packed in its own tight box, with foam inside, it could been safely sent as a much smaller parcel
