Without him none of this would’ve been possible from start to finish he has been amazing and has been more than just a mortgage advisor he’s helped us in ways well before we was ready to get a mortgage by giving us advice on what we needed to do with paying things off etc… When we actually was ready, it went so smoothly and quickly and he assured us from start to finish all the way through the process. When ever we needed him he answered, there was even days he wasn't working in the office but wanted to ring us to give us good news. He truly is amazing and definitely deserves a pay rise, we are so happy, we were lucky enough to have Deon appointed to us for our advisor and can’t wait to work with him in the future. He’s a good man and can clearly see he cares for his clients it’s not just a job for him, he’s been so happy for us and we can really tell he genuinely is he’s a good man!!!

Just renewed my mortgage with CA for the second time.
This time around I primarily dealt with Jacob Dodds, who was very efficient in getting me the best deal possible. As usual the whole team was helpful in guiding me through and in particular Helen who prompted me to sign some time critcial paperwork I overlooked.
I will be using them again in two years when my current deal expires.

Coopers have always been incredibly accommodating and personable with their service. I have predominantly used their mortgage services, and they have always been flexible, working around my schedule and always have my interests at heart. Ultimately professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very grateful for their advice, support and help!

I have been approximately 6 years with Cooper Associates where I have a St James retirement account investment. Little did I know that there management fees were high. I was able to take court action and recoup a little of these fees. I'm now looking to invest in another pension fund. When I asked if there would be any penalties to Cooper associates if I transferred my pension fund they refused to say and I should go through SJP There reason is they can't offer me advice as I'm no longer paying for it. Wow! That's what you get for being 6 years with them.My advice if it's too good to be true stick with your current pension provider or use someone else. I'm actually going back to my company pension fund as it's more financially viable.

Oliver Strong has gone above and beyond to get us our mortgage for our first house. His professionalism, knowledge and experience made us feel very looked after and Oliver was always willing to help. Any questions that we asked were answered super quick.

Spammed me twice, with their intention to do so in the future. No idea whom they are "Just dropping you a final note to see if you had picked up on my previous emails about our financial education seminars...."

My recent dealings with Coopers Associates for my mortgage application were nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, there was a façade of professionalism, but it quickly crumbled, revealing a company that lacks basic courtesy and competence.

Despite being promised updates, my inquiries were met with dismissive and condescending responses from my advisor. For instance, when I sought clarity on the status of my application, I was met with the patronizing remark, "I cannot magic one up where this isn’t one." This dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.

Even worse, when I expressed my concerns, the advisor failed to offer any meaningful assistance or resolution. Instead, they brushed off the complexities involved, remarking, "The latest is they’re still reviewing your files we submitted last week, this isn’t a simple process of buying a new phone these things take time." This cavalier attitude towards my financial future is simply unacceptable.

As someone entrusting Coopers Associates with such a significant financial decision, I expected professionalism, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience revealed the complete opposite. The lack of communication, dismissive attitude, and overall incompetence displayed by Coopers Associates have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Coopers Associates to anyone seeking a mortgage. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a company that values its clients and treats them with the respect they deserve.

1 star - A complete failure in every aspect.

Oliver dealt with the mortgage for the purchase of our house. Absolutely brilliant service. Simple and well informed throughout. Whilst waiting for exchange of contracts, when a lower interest rate was available Oliver was sure to get us a better deal! Could not recommend more highly.

We have just recently purchased our first house and at first I was hesitant to what a mortgage adviser could provide, in comparison to just talking to the banks / comparing via online tools.
I cannot express how much I am.thankful to make the decision to move forward with Cooper assosciates and in particular be supported by Tom Hayman.
Grom day 1, Tom provided outstanding support. He visited us at our flat to speak through the whole process and answer any questions - which as first time buyers, was alot...
He patiently ensured we always were clear on the steps upcoming and what to do at each stage. This did not stop all the way through to completion!
Multiple times I would receieve a call or message from Tom, who would be proactively finding us better rates and sorting all the paperwork - we didnt have to do a thing and saved us over £175 a month on our payments!
Even as I sit and write this, I cant believe they make money with such a great service and no cost to ourselves.
From everyone we used throughout the purchase, Tom and Cooper assosciates were hands down the best decision we made.
And to top it off theyve sent us a lovely care package for completing and moving in.

Cooper Associates have been amazing! But a special mention to Julie Callun of Cooper Associates; she has been an absolute star! Julie as my mortgage advisor helped me from start to finish and was always at the end of the phone whenever I needed to ask a question or gain some information. She was always very professional, but was able to make you feel at ease about everything that was happening with my mortgage, I would highly recommend Julie to anyone who is thinking of getting a mortgage now or in the future!
