I recently wrote a discredited review of this company as I had several problems when placing my order. However since then it appears that in fact I had been scammed by someone trying to trick me into sending money for the order I had placed. This was very unfortunate for all concerned. My cushions are en route I understand and I look forward to receiving them shortly. I thank Elanor and her team for contacting me to clear the matter up and apologise for any distress which may have resulted.

This is the second time I have ordered from this very talented group of ladies.
Their products are beautiful and well finished. Customer service was excellent. Very good value for money will be using them again.

Eleanor was so great to work with and helped bring my ideas to life using the images I sent. I love that I was sent samples first, it made the whole process feel really personal and reassuring, it was also so helpful to see the fabrics before I committed to buying them.

The cushions arrived quicker than I expected (especially being handcrafted), and the quality is just incredible. They look so beautiful on my bed and I am just so pleased with them.

Excellent!! I have ordered fabric only. Fabric is beautiful and top quality. I needed some help with my order dispatch time and customer service was absolutely great. Everything went smooth and package was shipped quickly. 100% satisfied!!

Good quality product however delivery longer than expected and no communication despite sending various emails & contacting via Facebook messenger which I had done before placing the order as had a question which was responded to so felt as though I was just being ignored. The company never responded to any of my emails.

Would give less if I could. Bought six inner cushions two weeks ago. No dispatch info or delivery. No cushions received. Have emailed a few times and been flat out ignored. Do not shop here. They are con artists. They will never honour your purchase. Just take your money and run.
