Been a member for many years, love the experience of tasting unknown gins. The box gives snacks which complement the gins along with tonic water

Spoke to Des Jones on the phone and he made cancellation a straightforward process. However it would be easier to cancel membership through the website rather than having to make a phone call.

Great phone call and support from Anna, she was polite and she explain the result of cancelling the membership very clearly. Thank you Anna.

I called to cancel my membership, as I am not a real gin lover.( I like one now and again). Desmond, who I spoke to, was very polite, and didn't push me to continue, which would encourage me to take out membership again if I change tastes.

They tempt you in with a free box and make it impossible to cancel without finding your way through a maze of the website and then calling up.

I sent an email, requesting cancellation and got almost an immediate response. I phoned the customer service department and spoke with a very polite gentleman, Des Jones. He helped me with the cancellation (after offering a generous discount) unfortunately my circumstances have changed. If they change again for the better, there is a fairly good chance that I will be back.

Straightforward no problem. I would have preferred to be able to cancel online via my account instead of having to make a phone call but it wasn't a problem really! Anna was to the point and efficient.

Les Jones was very helpful and didn't try to get me to stay with the club one I'd given my reason, namely that I have far too much gin and barely drink any more!

Easy cancellation over the phone with Anna.
However, cancellation should be possible on the website - it is an unnecessary step having to call, and clearly an obstacle put in place designed to stop customers from cancelling.

Desmond Jones was vey helpful on the phone. However it is in my opinion bad UX having to call to unsubscribe.

I love the thoughtful way the box is put together. The use of small artisan companies is to be encouraged. The snacks are almost as good as the gin!
