Amazon Delivery
I placed an order on Amazon last week and one package was due for delivery a few days later, largely forgetting about it until now.
So today i check my orders on Amazon and apparently this package was delivered yesterday.
Never heard of this company til i started trying to find this package. No dispatch notification, no delivery notification, nada!
I was home all day yesterday so could have taken the delivery but instead, found it wedged behind my bin.
Not too fussed about that, they may have rang the bell, may not, i have no idea but didn't hear it if they did.
My concern really is that with the lack of notifications this could have been left out in the rain or stolen.
Wouldn't mind an explanation as to why the notifications weren't sent.

Can’t even get the right street never mind the right house
Placed an order with Amazon.clicked on tracking yesterday to see where it was. Apparently it had been delivered to my neighbour the day before. Neighbour had not received parcel. I didn’t recognise the person receiving the delivery or the house. After more than 24 hours of messaging with the seller and searching the area. We found the package at an address on a different street with a different post code . We were in all day. Not only did they not attempt delivery to my address they even got the wrong neighbours address. Either absolute idiots or just couldn’t be bothered to look for real address.

Ridiculous delivery… no common sense used.
Ridiculous delivery. I had a time that was the size of a large letter that could comfortably be put through the letter box, yet they decided to leave it on the floor directly outside the front door in plain sight easy for someone to steal! Lazy delivery driver.

Not very impressed at all. They take an age, compared to other couriers. The tracking is completely shambolic, updating on every thing that happens to your parcel (14 steps in 3 days, none of which informs you as to when you can expect your parcel.) A seller on Amazon has taken to using this company on all their orders. Regrettably, I will no longer be buying from that seller !

Totally failed to follow explicit delivery instructions
Totally failed to follow explicit delivery instructions for my Amazon delivery fulfilled by The Delivery Group. Three packages were left outside the front door to our enclosed porch instead of inside the porch. The front door bell was not pressed so I had no knowledge of the delivery. The packages were in full view of passers by and could have easily been stolen!

My order left the courier facility on 3rd July. Since the 5th it’s been delayed in transit with no update, apology or solution.

Tough competition for Evri
The delivery group might actually offer evri some competition for the worst couriers in the country.
I have had a number of packages sent to me using the delivery group. All attempted to deliver to addresses in a variety of cities, none of which matched my address. And then returned to the sender.
Why even bother? I could have saved everyone the trouble and just have asked for the packages to be thrown in the trash.
