shockingly slow support, support emails is none exsistant or contradictry

ITD asked for info within 7 days they got it within 4 and now saying out of time frame

services with itd are only good when everything goes to plan any kind of out of the norm issues arise and you are stuffed and out of pocket

don't understand companies who have the audacity to ask for a review whilst providing the worst 'service' you could ever possibly imagine

avoid like the plague. Thieves. They charge incorrectly many times. Then takes ages before they admit it. They then send credit company to recover debt without notice and without repaying all the mistake. Will be contacting trading standards and financial obudsman. Avoid them, there are better honest companies around. cheaper and better organised.

fast deliveries than expected at very low cost

Customer service doesn't exist. Accounts department ignore customers. Our company's account has been debited for the invoice we've already paid. Accounts ignore refund request. They did not answer the phone, nor reply to emails. We've cancelled direct debit instruction for them, but they still setting up a new one with our bank and charge our account without our permission. They mess up with invoice's due date chasing money for invoices where they are not due yet. Overall, horrible experience. Do not recommend to anybody.

Special mention to Klieo, who has genuinely gone above and beyond for us consistently. No matter the issue, whether by phone or email, she is always chasing things, resolving problems, keeping us updated and making sure everything runs smoothly. Extremely organised, proactive and always willing to help which is invaluable in a fast-paced business like ours.

Also a huge mention to Milad behind the scenes on the tech/IT side, who has been phenomenal whenever needed. Between them both, they’ve helped improve efficiencies, solve problems quickly and even save us money along the way.

Poor support, they offer the world at the point of sale, but as as business once we've starting using their services and encoutering issues, all we're told is "sorry, we have to wait for our couriers decision".

The courier in question is running severely late, noone at ITD seems to care, our account manager left within 2 months, we've been given another AM who apparently has 300+ accounts. We're paying for services which we are not getting, ITD refuse to offer us a refund for this. we have to argue every point in relation to non-compliant deliveries, drivcers are forging our customers signatures and again, its us and our brand which is being damanged.

Sounds good intially, in reality a poor service offering and poor service to businesses who are using them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication has been great, collections and deliveries are well organised, and the team is always helpful and responsive. Really reliable shipping partner, highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the services ITD provide for us and have saved us a lot of money on courier services. My only critique would be that response times could be quickened as customers want answers as quickly as possible but can sometimes take 2-3 days to hear a response.

However, when this is the case we contact our account manager Haylee who is extremely helpful and speeds up the process of answers if anything is urgent. She also made the transition to ITD easy for us and checks in regularly to see if we are happy with their services.
