Minor issue dealt with amazingly well
Bought a jacket for my wife for Christmas online and of course - didn't keep the receipts! Jacket arrived quickly and there was an issue (it happens - not their fault) - so i had to go back to them without the receipt or anything. Was dreading the worst.
WOW - Louise was SO helpful! Sorted everything very efficiently, damaged jacket sent back, replacement sent out and all sorted.
100% will buy from here going forward. Absolute pleasure to deal with.
