I have ordered one product on 19/01/2026. my order No 109017.
For Eid now there not responding my msg on what’s app not receiving my call.
They are bunch of scammers.
Don’t shop with them.

I have had an issue with the site where my prepaid order was stuck and basically I thought I lost my money after waiting for almost 2 years. But surprisingly I stumbled upon a genuine grievance link and my issue was sorted . After almost 2 years I got my order , not the same one but something I chose . Ms Simran was very efficient and helpful in making it happen . This effort to fix things reinstated my trust in them . Good job Simran

Order #1096322 (16 Feb 2026) was marked ready to ship with dispatch promised within 24 hours. Days later, no dispatch and zero response.
I contacted them via website chat, WhatsApp, landline, and Instagram. Instead of resolving the issue, they blocked me on Instagram.
My money is still not refunded.
Blocking a customer after taking full payment is deeply unprofessional and alarming. This is now less about delay and more about complete lack of accountability.
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. Once they have your money, getting a response seems impossible.

They are theives i ordered a suit on 6 march 2025 and it was not delivered and i am continuously emailing calling them but mo respone
I will make sure now their is some action against them i will go to consumer court now because i am back to india

I have ordered 2 products last year during april and my product went out stock and it was for my wedding on july …..i tried contacting them everyday literally everyday but no response at all but one day they suddenly contacted me and i felt like heaven i swear then i got one product on nov and other one feb its a two different product from stocks but am happy and special thanks to simran for helping out always

There are glitches but agents like simran are going all out to ensure that customers issues are sorted and products are delivered to their satisfaction. Thank you simran for all your help.

I am happy with the dress and the service provided by the fashion station especially Sachin Mishra who helped me through out by keeping me updated n giving me track of my order he made sure my dress reached me on time.Thank You.Hope to buy again.

I like this product , the quality, the design everything. I suggest many of my friends for fashion station. But one thing i don’t like that is your process very slow too much time taken for shipped. Sachin mishra deliver the product with full effort 😊

in 20 Dec 2024 I have order suit wide order no 1032334 for rs 8170 rs but i didnt get my order for a year.
later in 14 Nov 2025 i have order dress wide order no 1076706 for which i was following for delivery on whtapp they have responded well and delivery happen after 20 days followup in between i have for my privious order amt,
for they said they will add in my wallet which i agreed she added it

then i have order 27th Dec 2026 dress wide order number 1082547 for which till Jan 24th i have been told query has gone warehouse and waiting for response.
later she told me cancell the order and ask me to place another order for which i placed the order 1090882 on 31st Jan 2026 till now i have following up on whatappp now from last week they stop responding on whtapp and telephone is not operational.
I request them to stop this kind of things

today i got in touch with some executive namely Simran on watsap,she resolved my issue which was i facing since 2025…i m very grateful to her and i once again began to trust fashion station as i was very regular customer of it from 2018 …thanks to Simran

I have ordered products worth 10 k . Order number is 1087047 . I have not received the order and communication with the support team has stopped. They are not replying to the messages or emails at all.

My 11760 Rs were stuck with them for more than 2 years as they were neither delivering what i had ordered nor refunding my money.
I had given up on that money for the sake of my sanity cz i had mailed and texted them a million times abt that with no resonse.
Around 9th December 2025 they had mailed me that they were sorry and they had changed their staff and policies and were on a new path to better service and then they only partially refunded my money and that too in their fashion station wallet so i had to purchase from them again.
Out of 11760 Rs they refunded 6500 in the fashion station wallet.
So with no choice left and thinking that they might have actually changed i placed an order of Rs 4500 with them with payment from the wallet.
And i also placed a COD order for Rs 12510 on 15 and 13 dec 2025 respectively and to this day i ve not received my orders and i ve already contacted them hundreds of times regarding this and my partial refund but i ve not gotten any response except for same old rotten reply of “ur issue will be resolved to ur convenience”.
I m done with them and i going to file a complaint against them both with consumer court and cyber crime.
They have put me through a lot of mental agony and harassment for more than 2 years now.
They will have to pay for it.

Although with the site I am happy that after two years I got my dresses but I do not like the fact that this much time was taken but I believe they are improving this and earlier there might have been issues
Nevertheless after this much time I did receive the dress

Whoever the owner of this fraud business is I wish you never see a happy day in your whole life! Fraud website scammers!
I wish you guys rot in hell for fooling people and looting their hard earned money!
I am surprised how this website is still running.
I paid 5k for a suit and it has been one year and it never came. I sent multiple emails and whatsapp msg and they never rply back!
Beware ppl dont order from this website!

I ordered suit from Fashion Station worth ₹7,200 on 8 November 2025, and it has still not been delivered to me. I contacted them many times through emails, messages, and calls, but I received no response. Finally, they replied saying that they would give a refund, but the refund was also never processed. This is a fraudulent company.
