I ordered suit from Fashion Station worth ₹7,200 on 8 November 2025, and it has still not been delivered to me. I contacted them many times through emails, messages, and calls, but I received no response. Finally, they replied saying that they would give a refund, but the refund was also never processed. This is a fraudulent company.

⚠️ Warning – Do Not Trust The Fashion Stations ⚠️

I had a very bad experience with The Fashion Stations and I want to warn others so they don’t get cheated like I did.

I ordered an original Maria B stitched suit, but what I received after 3–4 months was completely unacceptable:
• The full suit was not delivered
• All the original patti/embellishments were removed
• A simple suit was stitched instead
• A cheap chiffon dupatta was added instead of the original one
• I did NOT receive original Maria B fabric — only replica pieces
• Despite this, I was charged full original Maria B price

On top of that, their website shows fake reviews, and genuine reviews are not visible. Please trust Google reviews, not their website.

I paid a lot of money expecting an original Maria B outfit, but I was completely cheated. After delivery, there is no proper response or responsibility taken.

I am also filing a complaint with Grahak Suraksha (Consumer Protection Forum) against this fraud so that others do not get cheated.

Please be careful and do not trust The Fashion Stations.

I places order ( # 1028610) with The Fashion Station for Pakistani suits on November 11, 2024. After several attempts to contact the customer service via email, WhataApp and instagram I have been mil easing . I did not receive my dresses. I Requested for exchange initially as they said they did not received fabric that I ordered. I waited and followed up again still it was not resolved. After several attempts for several years finally they told me to select items in the my cart. After I added the items send them the screen shots and they said I have to make payment again. It's been fraud and scam they are doing with innocent customers.
Finally I got so stresses out I requestes refund. Still there is no refund.
Please do not buy anything from these scam ears. They Do not have business ethics.

My experience with The fashion station is good. The products are original and genuine. Simran is very helpful and kind made my shopping experience better .

It was great experience of shopping with Fashion station and thanks to Sachin Mishra for beautiful dress.

They are big time scammers . I ordered a suit last year and it was never delivered. They didn’t even refund my money back . I am planning to file an FIR on owner Saba Zaidi

They are Fraudster .... DO NOT BUY or PLACE ANY ORDER....... They Will Never Send Your Parcell and Will never Refund your amount ....WOnt reply mails , calls or mesaage on Whatsapp....

Really helpful customer service

The Fashion Station is nothing short of a cheat and a scam operation disguised as an online fashion store. My experience with them has been mentally exhausting, financially draining, and deeply frustrating.
After taking customers’ money and failing to deliver orders or refunds for months (and in my case, nearly two years), they have now started a new deception strategy. They suddenly pretend the company has “undergone a change” and assign an employee who starts WhatsApping you, claiming they are personally here to resolve your issue. Do not fall for this act.
This is nothing but a smokescreen.
There is no real action, no genuine resolution, and absolutely no intention to refund your money properly. Despite clearly and explicitly stating that I do NOT want a refund in their internal wallet, they deliberately refunded the amount to their own wallet system, effectively ensuring that my money remains trapped with them.
Let me be very clear:
Never in my wildest dreams will I ever shop again from this pathetic website.
And just when you think things might finally move forward, they do what they do best — they disappear. One fine day, the WhatsApp replies stop, calls go unanswered, and you are once again left chasing ghosts.
This company thrives on wallet traps instead of bank refunds.
Silence, avoidance, and delays
This is not incompetence — this is intentional fraud.
I am writing this review to warn others. Please do not waste your hard-earned money, your time, or your mental peace on The Fashion Station. There are countless genuine brands out there — this is NOT one of them.
Stay away. Save yourself the harassment.

I am giving 1 star because there's no lower star than this. The store is a fraud nothing else, they take orders especially prepaid ones and take months and I means months to reply to queries and phone calls.

Please do not order from them as I have had a really bad experience. My wedding dress was not delivered even after ordering months before and after they refunded, they refunded in the fashion account so I could not even use the money.

Really disappointed and would highlight this that this page is nothing but fraud.

Years have passed . They are not willing to return the money. Why are they still running.They claim we can trust them now ?? After such an horrible experience they want to now give store credit?? Any day they will ghost the customer again . I dont trust them at all.

I need a refund for my order number 1062134 and 809909. I have need continuously following up but the customer support id horrible. I have a refund of 12000 . Refund my money. You people are cheaters and scammers. You live on others money. Fake company, fake website. Fraud people and fraud company. Don't ever ever buy from them.

I really wonder how this fraud business is still running. They just post pics but nothing is ready to dispatch. 80% collections never comes.If your order is COD then u r little safe because u will pay when ur dress comes. If paid online then u r money is gone. Bloody thugs. Need to be reported legally . No customer service

This is my final follow-up regarding the refund for my order, which you confirmed was processed on 06 June 2025.
Despite repeated follow-ups and sharing my bank statement as requested, no refund has been credited, and there has been no response from your side. There is also no record of any refund from Razorpay or Cashfree Payment Gateway.
I hereby request you to take immediate action and do one of the following within 48 hours:
Share the Bank Reference Number (ARN/UTR) of the refund transaction,
OR
Re-initiate the refund immediately.
Failure to resolve this issue within the stated time frame will leave me with no option but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum and relevant authorities, without any further notice.
I expect your immediate response and resolution.

1 year ago i ordered then got to know my money is never coming back. Called every number, emailed them etc but to no avail. In dec 2025 i tried again and this time someone reached out fortunately. At first they said they were going to give back my money. but then their employee SIMRAN messaged me and asked me to choose any suit since giving back the money was not viable. Giving up i chose the suits and they arrived in 3 days. i would still prefer my money but beggers cannot be choosers i suppose. The suits are orignal and pretty. Thankfully SIMRAN was in constant contact and made sure i got what i wanted.

I have lost my hard earned money

After my review here they got back to me but again after days of back and forth messages finally gave me a tracking number . When I checked to see where my parcel is it shows it has been delivered at a totally different address . My shipping address was for Kerala and they have delivered it to Haryana . I don’t even know if the tracking number they gave is the correct one . What kind of scam is this ???

Order No. 1081245 — It’s been weeks since I placed my order, and it has still not been delivered. Repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp have been completely ignored. There are multiple consumer court cases already filed against them, yet they continue to misuse people’s time and money without delivering products or issuing refunds. From Decades Best Online Genuine Website is Fashion Station.This time their was COD option .I purchsed Maria b Chiffon Collection dress.Sanjay Mishra from FS firm Delivered .I would Recommend customers to by from FS website.Compare to other onnline website FS lanches first & .They are available online 24/7.They are Best.
