1 year ago i ordered then got to know my money is never coming back. Called every number, emailed them etc but to no avail. In dec 2025 i tried again and this time someone reached out fortunately. At first they said they were going to give back my money. but then their employee SIMRAN messaged me and asked me to choose any suit since giving back the money was not viable. Giving up i chose the suits and they arrived in 3 days. i would still prefer my money but beggers cannot be choosers i suppose. The suits are orignal and pretty. Thankfully SIMRAN was in constant contact and made sure i got what i wanted.

I have lost my hard earned money

After my review here they got back to me but again after days of back and forth messages finally gave me a tracking number . When I checked to see where my parcel is it shows it has been delivered at a totally different address . My shipping address was for Kerala and they have delivered it to Haryana . I don’t even know if the tracking number they gave is the correct one . What kind of scam is this ???

Order No. 1081245 — It’s been weeks since I placed my order, and it has still not been delivered. Repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp have been completely ignored. There are multiple consumer court cases already filed against them, yet they continue to misuse people’s time and money without delivering products or issuing refunds. This has caused serious mental harassment. If anyone else has faced issues with them, please contact me

From Decades Best Online Genuine Website is Fashion Station.This time their was COD option .I purchsed Maria b Chiffon Collection dress.Sanjay Mishra from FS firm Delivered .I would Recommend customers to by from FS website.Compare to other onnline website FS lanches first & .They are available online 24/7.They are Best.

Provides vague replies to customer queries. Neither delivers the product nor refunds the amount. Stay away from such scammers.

I would give 0 star if I could. Cheaters these people are. My order was stuck since January , the amount paid. No contact no answers on WhatsApp no refund. Finally in October they start answering the WhatsApp and tell me Vl refund in the wallet , you place another order. I calmly do that and Damn the order is stuck again. After repeated pushing they say it’s dispatched and give a tracking Id. For 10days I kept tracking it and it shows , there’s no delivery attempt made but at midnight a return rto is issued. Reason being wrong info provided by seller. OFFCOURSE. Because they are cheats . Either the tracking I’d was fake or they deliberately put in wrong info so that the customer is quiet.
If they were sincere , they can refund our money , or have a genuine call customer . But since they know they have cheated so many customers, they can’t answer calls .

I would like to Thank Rajini from The Fashion Station to complete my orders which was stuck for around 5-6 months.It was very disappointing experience initially but after several contacts managed to get connected and Rajini personally helped me with all my orders.

They sell genuine products but they don't provide quick service.It took them one and half month to ship my order.They should improve their service and provide quick delivery.Thank you.

They started replying to reviews and got email for pending order which was timely delivered it’s good to see the KING back very well done.

Fine service timely delivery this time with help of their staff was very helpful and replied on time got refund of first order and delivery of 2nd order was on time in 5 days.house of mist I forgot to add was very beautiful

Now i am getting mail to remove my earlier reviews i have added, although they have deleted some on their own. My issues has been resolved but i still want to keep my review. I have got my refund after more than 6 months all thanks to a group that was created, due to the pressure they had to forcefully refund it. My sister havent got a refund yet, her refund is pending since July 2024. And my review about them would still remain the same. No matter if they have changed their management or whatever. Everyday i get a mail to remove the review if there is no pending issue. Or that my mail have mentioned their names which is against their policy and so on. I would still like to keep the review after my bad experience no matter if they have change their management or improve their service. What is this dadagiri

Shameless people. Zero customer support. Fraud people. Only knows how to cheat people. You will never get a refund for your money. Don't ever buy from their website. They are scammers.

I would like to bring to your attention that i had ordered three dresses worth 15k in 2024 and for the following order numbers, I had received only one dress, while the remaining items were neither delivered nor refunded:

Order No.: 968149 this order was received
Order No.: 968970 This order was not received nor refunded
Order No.: 972072 This order also not received nor refunded . The status showed that it was funded but did not receive any money till date

I request you to kindly look into these orders and update me on the status of the missing items or the pending refund at the earliest.

I placed an order (Order #973343 dated May 7, 2024) for four Zara Shahjahan suits, and it has been over a year without any delivery. I paid ₹18,525, and despite multiple follow-ups via phone, email, and your toll-free number, I have received no response from your team. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has compelled me to consider writing negative reviews on Google and other platforms. I am also evaluating filing a complaint with the Consumer Court, as I deserve justice for my hard-earned money. I request an immediate refund.
