I had placed Order #1008498 on July 14, 2024 and order no 1064450 on 4th Aug 2025. Both the orders were not delivered and there was no response from FSTN.
To my surprise I got a call from Simran in the 2nd week of Nov 2025 confirming the orders and shipment address . Both my orders were delivered in the 3rd week of November 2025. I really appreciate Simran for all her assurance and delivery.

Placed an order on 2nd December 2024. Still haven’t received! Tried everything from calling to emailing. No one picks up nor replies. They are scammers! I’ve filed a complaint with consumer court and cyber crime police. Order number: 1030812
Amount: ₹9312
Ps: they will try to scam again by first asking your bank account for a refund and then will give that amount in their WALLET. How can someone be so sleazy.

These people are absolute thieves
These people are absolute thieves. Placed an order on 5th Oct 2025. No confirmation email, contacted then and got automated messages always. They said they don’t have the dress and I must choose something else. I obviously asked for a refund and since then it has only been a disgusting experience of being ghosted, a response of automated messages. Got cheated of 6840 rupees and they had the audacity to block me on Instagram because i asked for a refund in the dms.
Only condescending responses like we will refund in November and then some more ghosting. These guys are absolute criminals and I am filing a legal notice against these money frauds. O have reached out to a lawyer and a court notice will be sent.

After waiting patiently for almost 1.5 years, I finally received my refund — and honestly, this wouldn’t have been possible without Shivanshu Tripathi’s help. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and proactive throughout the process. What stood out most was how he kept following up and made sure things actually moved forward, even when it seemed stuck.
