This store is one of the biggest scams running in e-commerce. I placed my order about 5 months ago and there's been no update. They don't respond to messages, or emails. I am going to take legal action against the enterprise Zainab Global Arts, for running this scam, and robbing people. For anyone looking to shop, DON'T GO BY THEIR UPDATED CATALOGS. They will steal your money and never deliver anything. Legal action is the best way forward, the enterprise is registered in UP so whoever wants can file a case accordingly.

I messaged multiple times and sent a legal notice. It took 8 months and didn't get original order but finally got my money back to wallet, which I redeemed immediately (because idk when they'd change their policies again!).

They gave me credit amount in wallet,shared link for items with 24hr shipping and I bought something else, and paid balance in cod.

Very bad, after submission of good review Neetu singh from fashion station didn't respond to my messages and my order is still not delivered

I have filed a complaint on consumer forum.

Update: now I received my order but not what i ordered for.
They have collections and will give from that only.

These people are fraud, they take the order and then don’t reply, forget about delivering the order. My money is lost , please nobody order from them.more than one month has passed since i ordered.

Totally Fraud company.Ordered 2 suits costing 15,000,The suits never got delivered.No one is answering on WhatsApp and calls.May you people beg for every single penny and Allah punish you in this life and after.

If there was a zero instead of a star I would hv given that to these scammers, they have taken money for a suit that was under ready to ship and are neither giving refund not providing the said product. Instead they falsly created a purchase of a previous date and sent an email that ur order is processed. I will recommend that no one under any circumstances buy anything from this website, they are thieves and frauds

recently shopped for my wife and purchased lehenga from maria b chiffon collection, delivery came on time nitu helped with fast & reliable delivery. highly recommend this site.

I just want to inform this company that i am taking legal action against them. They are clearly a scam and my messages never got a response fron them. See you in court

I have made prepaid order with fashion station still not get any update..they don't reply..I need my money back...

Placed an order on august 14th which was ready to ship. When enquired about the status of the order , they reply that they have a different collection from the designer. Will never say they don’t have the suit. Instead ask you to select a different suit from the sale section on the website. When i selected few from them which was clearly shown as available on their website they replied that its sold out. They are still shown as in stock on the website and people can still buy it, but in actuality they don’t have. They have 15-20 suits which are not good at all. I again selected a few others from the same sale section and asked them whether they have those, they keeps saying they will inform tomorrow after checking the stock. At this point they are just dragging the matter. Initially i had really good experience with them. Later on i started to receive product with missing piece , sometimes the lace was missing, the pants piece or the duppatta. So i stopped ordering from them.Later i heard it was due to some bad employees. Then i ordered on march 2025, which was delivered correctly. Upon that belief i made the purchase again. Alas that has turned out to be a disaster. Reading the reviews i don’t expect i will ever get my money back neither the suit. Please refrain from them. I will not buy from them again. The shocking thing is that the website is still operating.

Pathetic, they don't deliver the orders even under "ready to ship" category for months, they don't answer on watsapp they don't have any customer care number to complain, mail them you will get auto reply every time that they are looking. You won't get your refund neither the product. I don't know why they call it customer care when they don't answer the query, I wish I could attach the screen shot of number of queries I did on watsapp and email. And their response.

Edit: They’re giving me options to choose from whatever stock they have, but none of it is worth even a penny, you can find much better products at lower prices on other sites. I don’t understand why they’re refusing to refund my money when they can’t even deliver the item I ordered. It’s not rocket science — if you can’t deliver what was ordered, just return the money. Don’t they fear the Almighty? Where do they think they’ll go with these few thousand rupees taken from others?

Have ordered a gown of 12k for my daughter's function... Multiple follow ups but no responses as when is the delivery date.. ordered blindly as I wanted one particular colour. If it goes on will be taking the legal action on you. Don't take it lightly. Enough of scamming people's hard earned money.

I spent close to 19000 INR and placed my order on 24 April 2025 for a wedding in May. It is now 3 months later and there is just no response on WhatsApp or email to my resolve the issue. All I get are auto response messages which are infuriating me! I had to buy another outfit for the wedding - incurring additional costs. I would like a refund on my order and I am definately going to expose the bad service on social media.

i had placed my order in JANUARY 2024....YES JANUARY 2024. AND THAT TOO WORTH 28000 INR. I had been their loyal customer since 2017 but THEY SCAMMED ME IN THE END. I MESSAGED AND EMAILED 1000 TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & Wrong Products
I ordered 3 suits from Fashion Station between December and January, spending around ₹18,000. The experience has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, there was no update or delivery for over two months. When I finally received one suit, it was the wrong product and of much lower value than what I had paid for.
The second suit arrived after three months, which was at least acceptable, though I'm doubtful about its authenticity. The third product never arrived — even by June. I raised multiple queries and sent several emails, but there was absolutely no response.
Their customer service is non-existent, and I feel cheated. Out of three suits, I only received one that matched my order. Overall, I’ve suffered a loss of nearly ₹10,000. I would strongly advise against ordering from Fashion Station.

They have ~ Rs20,000 worth of undelivered orders to me for over a year and no one picks their phones, replies to emails, DMs and comment section is disabled.
