Pre orders are advertised as 5-6 weeks. Orders are taken and no updates provided. When followed up you’re told it’s 5-6 weeks. 12 weeks later still no updates but happy to keep the $ and refuse a refund to their customer.

Tried to support small business and purchased a beach bag (for myself) as well as 2 toiletry bags (as a gift). Items took a while to arrive so couldn’t give the gift as planned and was advised I couldn’t return for refund. I wasn’t really bothered as I liked the items and thought I’d use them myself. My main issue is that I took my beach bag on holiday few weeks anfter purchasing it and the handle completely snapped off on the 3rd day of using it. Contacted customer service and they basically said there’s nothing they can do as it’s been a few weeks. Even if I’d used the item everyday for a month I wouldn’t expect the strap to snap off, let alone after being used on 3 occasions. Very poor service, wouldn’t waste your money.

The robe,slippers and makeup bag were soo cute! Great quality! Also customer service was quick and answered all of my questions

Well, where to begin. 11 weeks waiting for a robe that said 6-8 weeks. The only update was at nearly 9 weeks saying if I wanted they could ship out the L size if I wanted that instead of waiting for S/M

This was all while seeing influences brag about their free robe and comments being deleted from posts about it – well you can’t delete this Gifted Sisters.

Final straw and why I’ve left a review was they started selling robe bundles which are not pre-order?? So I wait 11 weeks and someone can just but it now?? Make it make sense!. P*** takers. A nice robe but lots of loose threads and not worth the money or 3 month wait time.

First and last time ordering from this ‘company’ buy fromrooms instead.

Ordered my dressing gown in October last year as a Christmas gift, had to message about when it was being dispatched as it was well past the date when the item should have been received. The item then arrived the next week after which it had clearly been forgotten to be shipped.

The item was opened at Christmas and the quality was beyond shocking. Threads everywhere, and a completely ripped belt of the robe. Contacted straight away, did not hear back for weeks but gave the benefit of the doubt as it was over the holiday period.
Fast forward to now I have since been in contact SEVEN times and my belt has not been replaced as had been promised on multiple occasions, and the item is still yet to be sent out. Would have actually expected a completely new item for how shocking the quality was (but as previously said POOR customer service).

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Clearly what is displayed about the company on social media is fabricated lies and I would never recommend ordering from this website as can only be described as scammers from the quality I have received.

Bought the rainbow slippers as a gift for my daughter - they arrived quickly - cannot fault the delivery service

they are selling items they don't even have.
oh yes they will reply to your emails with their usual lies that it is being despatched soon, but it never is.
I will be taking this further.

I ordered a robe on 29th December. At the time of ordering, the website stated there was a 6-week wait, which I was happy to accept and expected delivery sometime in February.

After reaching out at the 7-week mark, and waiting for a reply, I was told the wait time was actually 6–8 weeks. However, when I placed my order it clearly stated 6 weeks. I then checked the website and saw it had been updated to say 6–8 weeks, which was frustrating as that wasn’t the information given when I ordered.

At 9 weeks, still without my order, I contacted the company again to ask for a fulfilment date but did not receive a prompt response. Due to the lack of communication and the extended delay, I opened a case through PayPal and was instantly refunded.

Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the change in stated wait times and the lack of clear communication about when the order would actually be fulfilled.

Excellent quality and customer service I pre ordered the new pink and red nightgown after previously buying the same nightgown in the pastel stripe which was excellent quality and I have washed it many times and the quality of the nightgowns is excellent as well as being very pretty nightgowns .

Made an order over 7 weeks ago and still haven’t received or had any update on when I will receive. I have tried to contact the company twice and have no had no response. Very bad customer service, I don’t recommend buying from here.

Received slippers & wash bag day after I ordered. Super impressed with the delivery & quality of the products. Gorgeous pastel colours and the slippers are comfy too!

Ordered dressing gown December 26th, have not received it or had any emails from them, very disappointing constantly seeing influencers advertising their free dressing gown, while us the people who pay for a dressing gown are waiting 8 weeks plus, do not recommend buying from this company

Ordered a dressing gown on preorder nearly 3 months ago with 4-6 week wait time and still haven’t received it. I wanted it for winter and it’s now nearly spring so not ideal and it is an expensive product to be waiting so long for. If there had have been good communication throughout it wouldn’t be so bad but constant chasing and only receiving an update initiated by them at the end of Jan isn’t great and even that’s been no good as they said it would be dispatched early Feb. Having chased again and now being told they expect to get them next week which I have heard before is disappointing. I really hope it ends up being worth the wait! Overall I wouldn’t bother ordering on pre order and it’s frustrating seeing instagram posts promoting a product that doesn’t seem to ever be available with no acknowledgment on there of these issues.

Love my dressing gown, so cosy and great quality. Did wait a little while on delivery but I think it was on a pre order so waiting for it to come in. So worth the wait, looks gorgeous.

My partner ordered a dressing gown in November 2025, was told there would be a delay on this product being sent out, and it’s now January 2026 and nothing received. Very poor service.
