Very disappointed with this company. I love supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs but unfortunately this company has let me down.

I ordered a dressing gown on November 14th with a 6-8 week order timeframe. They assured me it would be with me by the eight week deadline. When it wasn’t, I followed up and they told me it would be shipped on the 20th January. It has not been and the company won’t reply to messages.

We are now at 10 weeks since ordering and no update. I have no option to think that they are a dishonest company who take your money with no intention of shipping your order.

I don’t believe the positive reviews on here.

Despite contacting, no replies and no sign of order. Be warned!!

Spent £75 on a dressing gown and the quality is shocking. I’ve washed it once on arrival and have worn it about 5 times max and there are threads coming out everywhere, crap wonky stitching and bits of the velour missing in places. I am so disappointed! Avoid this brand, they should not be trading

Bought a pair of pyjama bottoms which were really poor quality with bad pilling before they'd even been washed. I sent a complaint via the online form which was never responded to and when I followed up a couple of weeks later on social media, I was told that they wouldn't accept a return because it was over 14 days. After explaining the situation, as an exception I was offered a credit note (if I sent the item back at my own expense) but decided not to bother as I don't really want to spend money to get anything else from this company, simply not worth it. Terrible customer service.

The most perfect dressing gown! Quality is absolutely insane so comfy and cosy! Pleasure to deal with as well, fast replies with updates on the order! Cannot wait for the matching Pyjamas! If you’re thinking about ordering please do! You will not be disappointed! My Favourite winter purchase!!

Ordered personalised pjs from this small business. I thought when it said personalised it would be stitching however upon delivery, which I waited over 3 weeks for they have came with stick on letters. I feel this should be explained in the description as I would not of paid £45 per set of PJs (ordered 2) for stick on names. When I did chase up the delivery they offered to send my order in size L when I ordered M, which wouldn’t be helpful. Feel like I have received a poor quality item for a high price.

My go to website always! Such a fab site from their homeware to their clothing! The girls are so lovely and helpful too. Great quality and fast delivery!

I received my dressing gown at the pre order date as expected, smooth process and I’m really happy with my dressing gown. I own a similar one from a luxury brand and my gifted sisters one is 100% better quality! Soft, heavy, warm, pretty. And lots of compliments on how cute it is!

I had my eye on this pastel robe for a while I decided to go for it and pre ordered it after waiting 6-8 weeks I was not disappointed I still look at it and I am in love, i wear it every morning perfect for these colder mornings. I also made an order accidentally recently I emailed straight away and I got a reply straight away and the cancellation was made. Amazing customer service.

Honestly, where do I even start? I ordered a dressing gown for £85 from this so-called “small business” after seeing it all over social media and assumed the quality would match the hype. I waited 6–7 weeks for it to arrive, only to receive something that looked and felt cheap — with seams coming apart, pulls in the fabric, and overall nowhere near worth the price.

I contacted the company and dealt with someone named Rebecca, who apologised and offered a refund — but to my surprise, I was told I had to pay for return shipping myself. Considering the item was faulty, I found this completely unacceptable. When I questioned it, Rebecca’s tone quickly turned short and rude, and her customer service went downhill from there.

I even asked for a replacement instead of a refund, only to be told I’d have to wait until October — another two months on top of the already ridiculous delay.

The whole experience has been extremely disappointing. It’s clear that if you’re not an influencer with a following, you won’t get the same level of care or attention. I wanted to support a small business, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and frustrated.

Save yourself the hassle — the quality and service are nowhere near worth the price or the wait.
