Scam. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Wanted to gift it as a Christmas present but missed that. Very disappointing. No communication either on shipping time.

I placed an order on 12/3 and still…
I placed an order on 12/3 and still have not received my two books. Shop pay app says delivered but the tracking info says error and not complete. Total scam of a website. I've emailed 3 times and have not received a response. Incredibly unprofessional business in my opinion. Save your money!
I also received a reply on Trust pilot that is the same they send everyone else. After emailing them 7 TIMES I received another email with a change in shipping status. The email contained Chinese shipping info that still says no info. Scam of a website and I have contacted my credit card company to cancel payment.

SCAM - Took Money, Shipped No Product
SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered items, received order and shipping confirmation, except tracking info shows it hasn't been shipped, and after 2 emails to the company, there has been ZERO response. I'll have to get with my bank to get my money back I guess.
January Update: Finally started contacting me after I provided the negative review. Gave a partial refund and continue to assure me details are coming. They haven't provided any new details. Still highly recommend avoiding this company.
March update: 3 months of broken promises, just like my ex-girlfriend (hey-ohhhhhhh!). Ended up giving the many pages of correspondence to my bank who issued me the rest of my refund.
Run. Run like the wind away from this company. Unless you like to pay for things you won't receive, then be my guest.

never received my order
never received my order. i wished i had looked at this site before i even thought about getting four books from them as it seems that website is a complete scam. i have no idea how there getting these good reviews as I've had nothing but a bad experience with them.
their tracking for the packages is horrible it says they don't even have mine even when i have all the conformation numbers and such. you try to contact them and you don't get that so called 'excellent customer support' at all. at this point id just like t have my refund and they can keep the books this is a total scam

I ordered 2 books for my parents and they were never received
I ordered 2 books for my parents as a Christmas gift and the items never arrived. I purchased the books in early December and still haven't received the books or even tracking information. I tried sending an email on 12/22 to get an update, but no response was received. This is a horrible experience that feels like a $45 scam! There's no communication or transparency. I'm very unhappy with my experience and purchased.

No Christmas delivery!!
I ordered two books from Heirloom Books over a month ago and have still not received them. I’ve tried reaching out to the company, but they haven’t responded as of yet. It’s frustrating to see that my experience aligns with so many other negative reviews.
There was no mention on their website that the books would be coming from China, which might explain the delay, but this lack of transparency is unacceptable. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have ordered. Very disappointed with their service and lack of communication.

Horrible! Ordered two books December 6. Said they’d be delivered in time for Christmas (within 7-10 days actually). Never arrived. No phone number. Emailed customer service, not yet replied.

This company is a scam as you can tell from the other reviews. Ordered over a month ago. I was provided a fake tracking number and items never showed up. Honestly debating on contacting legal on this company. I see so many people have been ripped off by them. Please make report to reportfraud.ftc.gov I did maybe it will help.

Complete rip off!!!!
I placed the order on the 6th December as they stated it would arrive within 10 days.
I checked tracking today and it is not even in transit and coming from China. If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered them.
Tried contact through their website a couple of times and not had a response.
I just want a full refund now. They took the money when the order was placed.

Save yourself the disappointment and heartache of dealing with this business. I placed an order for two books on the promise of delivery before Xmas. Plenty of time these were ordered in November. They provide a false tracking statement on the day of purchase and I've received nothing. The customer service is a joke and I've been asking for a refund for the last two weeks with no reply.
Finally received a reply confirming they would refund and then they refused because they said the item is in transit which is bs because the tracking hasn't updated since 30 Nov. Cannot tell you how much you should avoid dealing with this business.
**I don't need anything from you other than a refund**
Will be delivered Monday but too late for Xmas present. Offered a refund if I return the item at my own cost.

Terrible service possible scam???
I ordered 2 books with this company on the 30/11 thinking that would be plenty of time for Xmas. The books haven’t arrived and after repeated emails and messages on Facebook they replied to tell me they’re trying their best to ship the books but couldn’t answer if they would be with me for Xmas. Pointless ever ordering as I now do not have gifts for my parents on Xmas day. I will not be recommending and wish I had read these reviews before bothering to order.

Same as the rest of the reviews. Ordered 2 books on the 4th, nothing received. Followed up with emails to the customer service team, nothing heard back. Lost money and now 2 days before Christmas I’m having to go and buy more gifts. Either a scam or they’re out their depth.

Chose to purchase this product for my pregnant wife for Xmas, same story as rest of them. They had promised it would arrive before Xmas (was ordered on the 9th of December)

Ridiculous
Ridiculous, they guaranteed a delivery before Christmas and no books in sight. They said it would take 10 days for delivery tops but no it's been longer than that. Worst of all, I've sent 3 emails to customer service and have not heard back from them at all. This is just terrible from a customer service point of view and how long the product is meant to get to you. Its been close to 1 month but no product in sight. Their tracking number doesn't work!
