DO NOT order from this company
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered two books on 24th November, I emailed to request an update and was told they were working to get my order fulfilled. I then receive an update on the shop app to say the items have been returned to sender. The items were never received, I have emailed the company again and needless to say haven’t heard back. £50 gone.

SCAM COMPANY AVOID
Absolutely awful company I ordered on the 24th of November I still haven’t received anything I’ve contacted them and keep getting an email to say they are checking with the warehouse. I’ve ordered a mom and dad for a Christmas present. Also I’ve been tracking with shop and now it’s saying failure returned to sender. Avoid at all costs im now gonna have to contact the bank

Avoid!
Awful company.
Ordered book 21st November, and it is currently still sat in a warehouse in China.
Customer services told me they had received more orders than they anticipated. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding. I have completed a chargeback with my bank.
Avoid this company, they are just a drop shipping company who hold no stock themselves and rely on a 3rd party in China.

Very scammy
I ordered 2 books for father's day and a month later the shipping still said waiting for pickup. I ended up googling it and finding reviews on reddit from people who were still waiting 2 months after they'd ordered. A couple of people had received books, and they were awful quality like the ones from temu. I asked for a refund and they offered 20% for the delay. I responded with photos from reddit and managed to get a full refund a couple of weeks later.

Small & flimsy, more disappointing than my ex
Took about 2 weeks to get here (now only realising its shipped from another country), book is flimsy and small, not hardback, a total rip off. Avoid company at all costs and get one on amazon

VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I have just received 2 books (2 dads instead of 1 mom & 1 dad...looks to be my mistake but I don't know how) which are not what I had imagined and due to a change in circumstances are no longer needed anyway. This is more like a notebook and the quality wasn’t as good as expected either. I emailed and asked about returns and got a quick reply, but the returns address is in China and there was not post/area code provided. On doing an google search the address doesn't appear to exist and can't find a link to the address and Heirloom Books. Currently awaiting on a reply to check if there is an alternative address as the cost of the return is pricey. VERY UNHAPPY!!

The Perfect Gift!
My mother in law was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year so when I saw an ad for The Heirloom Books I thought it would be a great keepsake for the grandchildren to have as their time with grandma will be too short. Grandma was very thankful! Looking through the pages, I thought it was beautifully laid out and will capture the story of someone’s life perfectly. Highly recommend these as a gift or even to fill out for your own children or grandchildren to gift it to them! The book arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged, shipped out and arrived on time as well!

Complete rip off
Complete rip off. What arrived was more like a pamphlet rather than a book - cheap and tacky and not something to be proud to leave my kids.
The book on the publicity shows a high quality book around 3/4’ thick and the book they sent was around 3/4cm like a pamphlet. Very disappointing.

Takes too long to arrive
I ordered two of the books on their website after seeing an ad on Instagram. It took way too long to arrive, so I emailed them asking what had happened, and they were very nice about it and offered a 10% refund. Eventually, the books came, but it took way too long. The books are good quality though.

Complete scam
Complete scam. Ordered 2 books several weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Tracking provided through website looks fake as there are about 20 updates on there but no order received. Now trying to get my money back

After waiting for weeks with no updates, I tried to contact their customer service, but got no response. It feels like a scam. They took my money and I received nothing in return. SCAM COMPANY
This company is a scam!! I ordered a book for Father’s Day and it still hasn’t arrived!! I should have checked the reviews first on shop because they have all 1 star ratings as it’s cheap muck straight from China!! AVOID This company!!
I’ve emailed them for a refund and they haven’t replied, so now I am going to contact my bank to issue them with a chargeback!!!!
