Great to have video contact with the business owner when ordering online. Diving kit is expensive, and it made me feel that I really mattered as a customer. If I did have issues or questions with ordering (which I didn't) I feel that they would have been very effectively dealt with because of the nature of the contact established

Couple of videos sent to give me updates on what was happening with my wetsuit . Everything was good . Had to phone and my query was dealt with immediately . Will use agin for sure

A great group of people to do business with or even just ask for advice. The team keep you posted at all times as to what is happening with your order and use individualized messages that add that extra bit of personalisation to on line shopping. Would recommend them as a company and definitely use again.

Exactly as the name suggest and I'd add "Really friendly"to that. I needed a couple of new masks and wanted the XDeep offrering but hadn't tried it.... It's got varying fit reviews so needed to try the fit. Nic and James were super helpful, opened up to help me (they're closed for maintenance at the moment), let me try the XDeep. It didn't fit my slimmer face with small nose (check the user descriptions ;)) so I got an Apeks and a Fourth Element - both top line masks but brilliant. I specifically want to support local business and if they're great people as well that's a bonus ! It is and they are. Delighted to have found the Honest DIver and I'll definitely be back (especially when the tank is ready to be used) so encourage you all, when they're open, pop in, talk diving, do diving and buy diving

A brilliant team who update you with details on your order and go that extra mile to make sure that you are truly satisfied. Due to the ongoing industrial action by Royal Mail staff the parcel I ordered as a present for my wife on the 12th December had not arrived by the 21st. Thanks to Nic and the team a replacement parcel was dispatched via another courier which arrived in time for Christmas. Will definitely be using Honest Diver in the future.

I was the lucky recipient of one of Honest Divers secret santa christmas presents and I loved it! It was beautifully presented, with a lovely selection of good quality, useful items. I got a thermos bottle, some sea 2 stream goodies....all sorts of things including stuff I'd wanted for diving for a while and never got round to!
Hadn't heard of them before but like their ethos and will definitely be using them myself.

Ease of ordering, ordered on 8th, posted on 9th and delivered on 12th. Hubby sulking as I won't let him open surprise box till Christmas. Helpful staff. Will definitely use this company again. Might be an idea to add whether gift is for male or female on order form.
