I have been looking for customization in leather for weeks now, and to celebrate our first anniversary, I was so upset that I typed his initials wrong.

I ordered The Heritage watch in Polished Rose Gold on Sale and when it arrived there was some marking on the casing. I returned the watch and even though the Sale was over, they honoured my purchase price and allowed me to select another watch of my choice. It was shipped straight away and received so quickly and I just absolutely love my The Original Black watch with Rose Gold indexing, so classy!!

I’m so pleased with it’s my Utility bag. The quality for the price point is so good. I’ve followed The Horse on insta for a while but have never ordered anything as I thought getting something sent to the UK would take forever, let alone the return if it turned out not as nice as in the image (was better than the image). It took a week which is unbelievable considering I can’t even get anything delivered by a UK retailer in a week at the moment! My new bag cheered up a very miserable, cold, wet and boring lockdown January day. I’ll definitely be putting an order in again soon....

Wow!!! I’ve been looking for a timeless classic watch, that is made with such classy quality.
As of late I’ve taken off the googles for designer brands. I’ve realised that some things, are just the same quality, if not less, than what a smaller company can offer, but far more expensive, because of it being ‘designer’

I *had* to purchase a backpack for when I start my new job. Naturally, I landed on the horse website and instantly popped the olive premium leather backpack in my cart.
I purchased it straight away and received it the very next day.

It is everything I expected and more. The size is so much bigger than I imagined too (and I hoped this was the case). Not only is the quality the leather premium, but so is the hardware. Every little detail is of high quality.

I don’t start my new job for 2 weeks and I convinced myself it was a “just for work” bag, 2 hours later it’s safe to say it already became my everyday bag. It is so versatile with the multi use strap & little surprise pockets. It’s my Mary Poppins bag!

I forgot my shopping bags when going to Westfield & went on an a mini active wear spree. I managed to fit 4 pairs of shorts & 3 tops in my backpack not to mention my wallet and bits & bobs and I still had room for more & most importantly, it didn’t look or fill bulky.

Speedy delivery, quality & premium products. My bank balance is screaming at me “You don’t need it in every colour” but my heart tells me I do.

I love the watches they are all unique with different patterns around the outside of the watches.

I had been wanting a bag forever and noticed it was sold out. I emailed their team via instagram and they checked the warehouse to find one lucky last bag left. I organised payment and was all set! Purchased leather back pack - after one month the leather scratched off to reveal white. This is not thick leather, as they say, but bonded leather. My watchband separated - again a bonded product with a layer of leather.
With bags of this price point, I suggest you take your money somewhere else.
I loved the design so very disappointed. The bags are insta worthy only - take a photo of yourself posing with it but if you use it it will show it is a flawed and inferior product.

Products: Simple, elegant, quality.
Service: 5 star, goods delivered quickly, beautifully packaged and a exactly s described.

Great company to deal with - so happy with the leather products that I have purchased from them. A litte bit unique but items that you can dress up/down down and get heaps of wear out of. I will be continuing to support them.

It’s been nearly 3 weeks and I’ve still not had a refund.

Despite advertising free shipping, I was told I’d have to pay nearly the cost of the bag in taxes so I rejected the order.

I’ve messaged via Facebook, been promised refunds but nothing.

Is this a scam site?! I just want my refund.
