The Innocent Hound Reviews

All of the products are excellent quality which my dog loves. They adore coming back for this treat.

Very helpful staff and when I had a problem with an antler you were happy to replace it
Speed of delivery brilliant

I have a 5 month old cavapoo who was on kibble from his breeder. I was recommended this food from a friend and I liked the idea it was as good as raw food but without the hassle!
I have had to speak to them a few times to make changes to my subscription and each time they have been extremely friendly and helpful. Also the delivery time is amazing!Last but not least my puppy loves it and I feel I’m doing the right thing despite it being quite expensive.

Thank you to Bev and Chloe for coming to the rescue and arranging next day guarantee delivery before 10.30am so that we could catch a flight back to France with food for our daschund Scooby Doo🐾

I have been feeding my dog with this high-end food for almost two years now.
Her health, coat, stool, and appetite have been great since we started with the air-dried food.
Even after two years, she is still very excited to have her meal, and every time we receive the parcel with the goodies she asks for something right away.

On the two occasions I had to contact customer services they were efficient, fast, and friendly - 10/10 for them.
in addition, the hand-written notes on the packages give a nice touch of care and I love them.

I highly recommend the food and service!

Ordered on Wednesday evening and arrived Friday. All of the products are excellent quality which my dog loves.
The Neem & Lemon Balm flea repellent treats should be great as the weather gets warmer for reducing the need to use chemicals on my dog.

I was having a trip in Harrogate and was in a pet shop that sold your treats I bought some and my dog loved them. This led me to look at your website and saw the main meal food, I thought I would try some samples.

These arrived a couple of days ago and my dog who is normally very fussy with food and often doesn’t eat his food, or takes hours to eat it, is literally obsessed with your food! Anytime I go near the pouches he’s straight in the kitchen by my feet desperate for it 🙈 then when I go to walk in other room to give it to him he’s running beside me so excited, he normally only does that if I give him “real” food eg chicken or a roast etc

He’s so my dog preferring luxuries I just wish it wasn’t as expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. It’s also nice to see him enjoy something so much. I am hoping he doesn’t get bored of it but by the look of things I can’t see it lol

Super fast next day delivery too and packaged beautifully.

Thank you x

My two cocker spaniels love Innocent Hound. There isn’t a single flavour they haven’t liked. I use this kibble as training treats or rewards for off lead work. They adore coming back for this treat.

this is a great company, great products with friendly helpful staff, I have used them for years and highly recommend them

We’ve been been getting the air dried treats for our little dog for few years and they are brilliant. Obviously very tasty and also healthy and non fattening. Delivery is always super efficient and the packaging is beautiful. Today’s delivery was even lovelier - gold tissue paper with a festive sticker and message - thank you!!

It comes the next day - well packaged and is the only food my fussy whippet eats. Thank you!

Raw alternative - SUPERB!
