Very fast efficient service. Ordered it in the morning was here the next day. Lovely quality food. Unfortunately
i can't afford to feed it as his main food, which is not a criticism as I understand the expense of such quality. So I use it as treats on walks etc. Can't fault the service or quality

Started a subscription, but wanted to return an unopened bag as my dog has intolerances and I wanted to change the flavour. I was told I couldn’t return it unless I returned both 1,5 kg bags that Were purchased on that one particular order (one had already been opened). Didn’t really understand the logic, as I was willing to swap for another flavour. Won’t be using again

My dog enjoys this good but it is getting too expensive to maintain feeding him on.

Good quality food and the cats enjoy them, a few more flavours for the cats would be nice.

I do feel like I’m giving my dogs a good quality natural product . I obviously haven’t tasted it but when you smell the food and treats you can tell it’s quality and my dogs love the taste . I feed a raw diet but use the dehydrated food when we travel and the treats I use for training as part of my high value treat .
