The Innocent Hound Reviews

Really quick delivery, excellent customer service!!

Good quality products, ethical packaging and quick service

My Jack Russell absolutely loves this food and wolfs it down. Because of this, I’ve not been adding extra ‘unctuous’ wet food to kibble and my doggie has lost that ‘extra’ kilo without trying! Always arrives within two days of ordering. Well done!

This pet store offers an impressive variety of high-quality products, and my orders always arrive without any issues.

My two young, fussy cavaliers seem to enjoy The Innocent Hound trial packs I bought (except the duck, it is not so popular) They struggled a bit with them as a complete meal, lot of chewing when they’ve been used to raw but definitely love them as treats. I fully understand that they probably cost a fair bit to manufacture etc but they are pretty expensive and so I will probably use as treats or a topper for their raw but they will come in handy if travelling as a safe replacement for raw.

These sausage slices make great training treats, they can be broken into very small pieces and are semi moist. My dog loves them.
They arrived in some lovely packaging making them suitable for a gift as well.

Fantastic product’s & speedy delivery.

great food, great service. I have a fussy dog & she enjoys it. When she gets bored just top it up with homemade food

This food is excellent quality and there is quite a reduction in price if you subscribe. My dog is extremely fussy but eats this regularly. I like you can change your dates for delivery easily and communication with the company is excellent. The food is good quality and stays fresh for 8 weeks once the packet is open. Lots of flavours to choose from.

Fast delivery, great communication, was bigger than I expected but great value & good quality 😊better than those bought in shops! dog absolutely loves it & will last a long time. Will definitely purchase again 😊

Easy to order, quick delivery. Plus small sample packs which is really useful when you have a cery fussy puppy with a sensitive tummy.

This company is superb. The quality of their products coupled with the excellent customer service puts them streets ahead of any rivals.

The innocent Hound products are perfect for my little Westie, who has the Westie Skin Condition.
The options of the dog treats and the benefits for my Westie really control his skin condition perfectly. He never licks, there is no brown staining of his paws, of dry saliva, that is common with Westies.
The customer service at The Innocent Hounds is also excellent.

Great experience

The food is excellent, my dogs love it and the service is very good.

Great food, Ruby our dog loves it! Very easy to change any order. Great service!

Fast shipping and great product. Appreciate these treats being available in the bulk container, much more economical and less packaging. My Yorkie loves them, will definitely buy again.
