With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

Solid Customer Service
Along with other items, I purchased a scarf as a gift based on the website description. When I received it, the tag listed other fibers not mentioned in the description. Unfortunately, it won't due as a gift. I contacted customer service & described the situation. The email exchange was gracious, thoughtful & action was taken to rectify. Feels good to buy from a store that has quality products & a respectable customer service.

Love the quality of the Brigid’s cross necklace and the Santa hat sheep ornament. Both products were as pictured and described and arrived when they said they would. I would happily buy from this company again.

Communication and delivery just fine
Communication and delivery just fine. However, the packaging was awful--black outside delivery bag looked like it was torn up by a mad dog (the concierge was VERY apologetic when I picked it up-no dogs could have got to it). Luckily the inner, clear bag was intact and the sweater was safe. The sweater, however, was too tight. I'm afraid to order another.

My sweater arrived quickly and perfectly made. It's warm, durable and not itchy. My only regret is not buying a couple of more at the time. The fit is so nice I wear this when I want to look more put together. I will be buying again.
