With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

This is the second one that I have bought. The first one was in green and has worn very well, so I have bought this second one in blue. It's very hard to find good quality long length cardigans in pure wool.

My beautiful claddagh ring
First of all, my delivery was very fast. I was very pleased with how fast my package came to my house. The ring itself is just beautiful. I immediately put it on when I received it. I am half Irish and still have family in Galway. So I am very proud of my Irish heritage. The quality of the ring is just perfect. I am very pleased with my purchase from the Irish shop.
