With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

Excellent quality and service at reasonable cost.
The Irish Store readily accepted returns and exchanges until I got just the high quality sweaters I wanted. Prices are great, sales discounts are generous, and while duties and shipping are understandably high (coming from Ireland to US), the total cost is still reasonable.

I love the quality of your products, but I'm not a fan of the following:
(1) Packaging: Items are shipped in an easily to be tampered with (plastic bag!). (That's why my second purchase from your company was tampered with due to poor packaging, one of the items is missing). I'm still waiting for the result of your investigation.
(2) Import or export duty: The cost of your import or export duty is much higher for a similar item from your competitor (Blarney Wollen Mills).
(3) Freight Cost: Your freight cost is higher for a similar item (same freight company FedEX) than your competitor (Blarney Wollen Mills).
