With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

The bangle bracelet I bought as a gift…
The bangle bracelet I bought as a gift for a friend arrived in a plain black box. No label, no cushion. Just black cardboard. It was not the gift box with a bow and The Irish Store label that you show online. Nowhere does it say it was made in Ireland or by whom. I have to include a note explaining to my friend where it was made. She is of Irish ancestry and that’s why I purposely purchased from you.

Sizing small, service excellent
The fabric and knitting is great, and the look is wonderful. I could not use the vest I received because the Medium size (I am a male with 39" chest") was way smaller than I expected. The zipper was well-made but it was a little rough getting the parts together. N.B.: the zipper is European style, i.e. you pull it with your LEFT hand.
