With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

Sweater great , slippers run small
The sweater fit perfectly and mugs were just right. The slippers were to small. The size chart said a medium for size 7-8 but when I put them on the opening was tight and my toes came all the way to the top.

The quality of the sweaters and the design are excellent an are true to picture showed on-line they are beautiful and cosy.
The only disappointment was with the the international shipping I was tracking the shipping pkg. They would say a certain day to be delivered and it was not delivered after a week of this,I called the international shipping office an told them the nearest city & Province that was close to where it was suppose to be delivered the pkg. was delivered the very next business day.

I was really excited when I found the snood on your website! I love scarves and this one is gorgeous 😀 As always the quality is outstanding. The buttons work so it can be worn loose or snug as the weather dictates. I've only been able to wear it once (we are into spring now) but I received a lot of compliments that day. If there are more color options in the future I will definitely buy a few more. Thank you for offering such beautiful clothing and accessories. Everything I have purchased to date has been superbly crafted.
