With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

My cap is fabulous. I think the brim should somehow be supported during the delivery as it was creased when it arrived and it’s tricky getting it straight again.

I love my Irish sweaters
I love my Irish sweaters! They kept me warm all winter and it was a brutal winter in NY! Delivery was fine and the quality is great although I’ve only had them for one season. I’m looking forward to seeing the new ones for next year!

The quality is well worth the price. The item was shipped and delivered in less than a week (and it had to be shipped to the US so that’s impressive). I love the sweaters from the Irish store, the quality and feel are incredible and the knit is so unique and beautiful. This is my third sweater from this store. The buying experience was great in every case, and communication from the company and the courier was excellent. I was very happy and surprised by how quickly I received the order, as it was shipped to me in Canada. I can't really think of anything that you can improve - you're doing a fantastic job!

I ADORE my sweater. It’s soft, fits great, the color is great for all seasons. The craftsmanship is amazing and I get at least one compliment every time I wear it. With it being a timeless style and being made so well, I know this is a piece I will have for many years.
