With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

I ADORE my sweater. It’s soft, fits great, the color is great for all seasons. The craftsmanship is amazing and I get at least one compliment every time I wear it. With it being a timeless style and being made so well, I know this is a piece I will have for many years.

everything I ordered is simply beautiful. The bracelet fits perfect and is not overly heavy. The ornament is pretty and when the sun hits it you can see a beautiful shine and sparkle. I have not had a chance to read my book yet but I am sure it was worth purchasing. The shipping was in a timely manner. Overall I am completely satisfied!

Terrific quality and great look

The sweaters are totally outstanding AND I'll be back yearly at St. Paddy's/Patty's to check out the items that are suitable for a Canadian climate that is constantly changing. The weave contributes to the comfort the following ways: 1. It is not too hot in warmer weather, and it warms up like layers in colder weather, which is Canada!! And like the guy in the movie "Love Actually", the female models are inspiring enough to travel to Ireland... unique hair, lines, and demeanor. That certainly helps pitch the product.
