Paid for next day delivery but it took 4 days to arrive. No refund of the postage has been offered. Product itself was good.

The order arrived very quickly and very nicely packed. The prosecco glasses had some imperfections on them which were replaced overnight once I reported this. Excellent service. This is a gift for someone so not sure how the prosecco tastes yet.

Fantastic garden furniture! Really easy to purchase, delivery was easily arranged and fast, the furniture was easy and quick to put together. It looks fabulous, just like the pictures. The team were really responsive to my questions on WhatsApp too. Faultless.

I purchased the KeiCo 220 sauna, from order to installation the service was exceptional. I originally dealt with Will who helped me select the right sauna for my garden, including purchasing the ice bath and cooler.
As expected the fitters turned up to date to install the sauna, both fitters Toby & Brad were friendly, helpful and very professional, The weather was horrendous however they completed the project to time and the quality of their work was second to none.
The sauna looks amazing in the garden.

Our interaction with Keico Living from start to finish has been nothing short of superb. I researched the life out of companies when seeking a garden sauna, and Keico always came out on top, and I can vouch for why. From initial contact, through to assisting with choosing the right sauna and package for us, payment, delivery schedule, fitting and all electrics was absolutely spot on. We are so happy with our garden sauna, performs better than we hoped and adds a touch of class to the garden. I cannot recommend this company more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I received a gift for my birthday from my sister. I didn’t want to upset her by saying 1 of the glasses was broken. So I contacted the company myself ready to give them my delivery address and my sister address who ordered it. They didn’t require it and even sent I my work address as I requested. Levi who I dealt with was amazing and went above and beyond. A great asset for the company, Levi kept me advised through the whole process and sent me a new glass the following day. I have waited five months for the chiller to be delivered. At first Keiron was good at communicating the reasons for the delay and I really tried to be reasonable and understanding. Then he stopped updating me and now refuses to even reply to my messages. I have a unit I have paid in full for that I cannot use.
