The Online Letting Agents continue to provide 5 Star service at great rates. I started using them to let out a flat in 2014 and although they must have grown in that time they still make you feel that you are their most important client - they answer queries almost immediately and they make the process of advertising, collating prospective tenants, issuing and signing or contracts and collecting deposits so very easy. I feel absolutely confident in their processes and procedures. They provide current, legal information that makes a novice landlord feel in control of the process.

Without doubt the best letting agent I’ve ever used. Seriously impressed by the service, and incredibly good value compared to using a high street agent. Both Eleanor and Magda were a pleasure to deal with, and offered me great advice over the phone and on email, and were very easy to get ahold of. Brilliant Service. Used TOLA for years now and always get inundated with quality tenants.

Wouldn't use anyone else, they are just so good.

I paid them nearly £350 on a Friday and they didn't advertise it at all over the weekend. There was a dim girl / boy in the office alone till 2pm on Saturday who said she/ he wasn't very good at tech and coudn't get it onto Rightmove so I gave up and asked for a refund.

The issue has been resolved satisfactorily with full satisfaction. It was great to deal with Sarah.
