I ordered my son a smart watch not to long ago and had some problems with it . after emailing back-and-forth a couple times they sent me a new replacement watch was very happy ! The shipping time is ridiculous! Right in the fine print on the website it states the minimal amount of shipping time. Lies!! All lies! It took almost 4 weeks from order date! I had no idea my kid would be on his way to kindergarten by the time this stupid thing arrived. I warned you!! But there’s nothing wrong with the item itself. I just didn’t think it would ever arrive.

We purchased the GPS kid watch 2 months…
We purchased the GPS kid watch 2 months ago and it seems to no longer hold a charge and it seems to be permanently offline. We have a sim card and also we have connected it to WiFi and still the watch is offline. The manual that came with the watch is useless and it seems the watch came from China. This is not at all meeting our needs nor the quality we would expect for this watch.

The item does not work. I have purchased three different SIM cards and none of them make the unit operational. No response to email to return or replace. Very disappointed.
