If I were asked to rate after my first purchase, this rating would have been lower because the product I received had an issue unrelated to this vendor/website. However, I contacted OnMom and they cured it immediately. Excellent customer service!

the website said compatible with all carriers. it is not. It is a great idea on a watch for the price. Would be even better if it did work with the carriers in the U.S. but the response time and help in returning it was good. just an inconvenince to have to go thru the return process.

Thank you for your review. We have since updated our 4G Watch description to better fit the reality of the product and it's performance in United States. We do believe that overall, it's a good product that comes at a fair price. Working on further improving it's hardware and software is something we are actively engaged in.
We are also proud to announce that we have launched a Returns Center to facilitate easier returns and exchanges.
We are a new company, but with a huge drive to improve, and we can only achieve this with the help of our customers feedback.
Overall a great watch for the price
Overall a great watch for the price. It is pretty user friendly and my 3 year old can get to the different screens easily. He can even call me on his watch! As he gets older, he will be able to easily read the time and take pictures. Pictures are not a great quality and GSP is off by a block so don’t get it for those reasons. My son has scratch it up around but I’m happy with the fact that it still works when worn by a rough and tumble 3 yr old.

Since then we have improved our products and added an advanced version of the watch that has better tracking precision and uses 4G. My only issues are that the watches app…
My only issues are that the watches app didnt come with instructions on how to navigate the app. Then the app shows the watches wometimes plus miles from my house and the actually watches would be right in the house next to my phone. Also the sos button is on the same side thmmwhere the kids wrist bends so it makes calls all the time when they are playing and didnt mean to call.
