When I initially placed the order, I received an email informing me that the materials were out of stock and that delivery would be delayed until new stock arrived. Despite this, the order was delivered within 10 days, which was better than expected.

Unfortunately, the main issue was the condition of the materials on arrival. Several panels were damaged, forcing me to postpone my renovation project by a week while waiting for replacements. When the replacement panels arrived, they were also damaged. Although the damage was relatively minor—a chipped corner on one of the panels—it was still disappointing and caused unnecessary delays.

By that stage, I no longer had the patience to continue raising the issue with customer service, even though the team was consistently helpful, courteous, and responsive throughout the process.

If you are considering placing an order, be aware that the packaging does not seem robust enough to adequately protect the materials during transit. As a result, there is a real risk of receiving damaged items, which could delay your project and cost you valuable time.

I was told that my wall panels although not in stock would be in stock within the next few days.
I did explain that I could allow up to 10 days for delivery thereafter my carpenter would be available to fit them
Several calls this week left me with that feeling the panels simply would not arrive
I called once again today the last day to be told that the company was very sorry (as most companies are when they have let customers down) but hey don’t worry they’ll be with you on Monday..,, !!
I could collect myself of course but besides that no other options were on offer
The Panel Company say they offer quick nationwide delivery if that is the case why are they saucing their deliveries out to third parties who have terrible records for delivery times? No delivery codes was supplied to me although yesterday on the phone the customer help line promised they would be. Promised follow up calls was not received either.
A bad experience all round and i certainly would not recommend

Ordered Matt white shower panels. They are more cream colour and the trims are white gloss so didn’t match. Wanted an all white bathroom, due to timings and fittings had to crack on. Wish i tiled now. Guess you get for what you pay for. Cheap panels

What a superb product. We have just finished our home project and this has been enhanced beyond recognition with these amazing panels. After searching the web for products, we visited The Panel Company on their website. Price was so competitive and the service on delivery was amazing. I genuinely cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Would rate this company very highly. Needed my order fast. And they were very accommodating to sort this out for me. Joanne was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

I ordered 8 grey marble and 3 of grey sparkle PVC panels including corner trims, installation kit and adhesive tubes. All arrived from Bristol to Milford Haven on time. The driver helped me get them in the house. I highly recommend purchasing a pair of suction pads to handle these panels, especially if you're working alone. Very pleased with the results and finish. If your walls aren't true you will need more adhesive. I used clear silicone to fix them on to existing tiles. The panels are easy to clean. No grout joints to clean and the walls feel warmer.
A word of warning, I wouldn't use this product in high traffic public places or where there are young children about. The panels are prone to impact damage which is impossible to fix.
I had to return one panel as surplus but lost half the panel price £25 as delivery charge. To sum it up, I would use this company again. They are efficient and punctual. I was able to call them and agree on a suitable delivery date.

Ordered acoustic panels from The Panel Company. Delivery information and updates were good. One very pleasant young man delivered our panels on time. Checked panels and all in excellent condition and well packed. Very pleased with the whole service.

Ordered some end caps and which was due for delivery 10 working days after the order was placed. I ended up requiring the order to be delivered a few days earlier so Joanne from customer services was extremely helpful and managed to get my order put into an earlier delivery slot!!

Have recently ordered wall panelling for our shop re fit.
We needed the panels quickly due to cancellations from other companies leaving us with not much time before a shop re open.
I came across the panel company,
They have a great amount of items to choose from and the price seems reasonable, and in comparison to other stores & websites.
The website is easy to use & luckily some items even have express delivery.
Ordering my preferred items was easy & there are various payment options too.
After ordering there was an issue with the items I ordered not being in stock at the most local depot to me.
However I was contacted via email and phone to resolve the issue the morning after I had placed my order, so probably within 12 hours of ordering.
Communication has been brilliant from this company so far & my order has been sourced from another delivery depot so I can receive it in the required time.
Being the Easter holiday weekend & needing the products quickly they have also been very helpful with a quick delivery date to ensure we receive the product in enough time over this period to ensure fitting can be done before store re opening.
So far I am very happy with the help and promptness of the staff/ manager for this company.
They have been very helpful and I have been told I will receive a txt closer to the delivery date and a delivery time slot given. This is great when you are a busy person and don’t have time to wait on deliveries that could be “whenever”
I will update with another review on delivery and goods quality once I have received the delivery confirmation and the items.
So far this is a much better experience already compared to the nightmare we have had ordering panels over the last month.
I wish I had seen this company sooner.

Have ordered from them quite a few times, but this time was a bit of a let down, ordered, then had to chase as didn't have any info, eventually I got confirmation that it was ready for dispatch, however then it took a week to actually be dispatched (I would have collected if I knew it would take that long) then I contacted them as kept getting messages saying I would get a delivery day and time,which never happened until a week after the order was made "At Last" but I was given a time of 2:30, the day before, however I then kept getting messages saying it was delayed, finally 5:47 it arrived, this was an item they had in stock?

I had bought 3 shower panels and unfortunately had an issue with one of them 6 months after having received them. After a quick call with Gaz he arranged a replacement to be sent out for the following week.

I purchased panels from now redundant Homebase but found myself short. The Panelcompany however had exactly what I was after and at a competitive price. They also offered free delivery and usually as I live on the Scottish Borders, I would have had to pay a premium from other English companies.
My order was passed on to their Durham outlet and within 4 days I had my order. They have a tracking app and it arrived bang on time.
If the need arises I would definately order from them again. Very pleased.

Useless company whom cant even get an order delivered to you waiting for stock then new delivery dates weeks away, near 4 weeks for panels, received a refund just all a waste of time really, over all very poor service. I will buy from another company

Excellent service from start to finish. Good size shower panel samples received, and panels ordered with zero fuss. I was able to call and arrange (free) delivery on a specific day. The panels arrived on the agreed day - very good quality and with smart sturdy trim. I couldn't be happier with my order and shiny new marble-look bathroom!

This review is for the Ireland part of the business. I ordered a number of shower panels and trims as I am doing a bathroom renovation. I had various to and fro e-mails with someone at the company (they don't sign their name with an e-mail signature) and arranged my order on line. I subscribed to their newsletter which assured me a 10% discount but that didn't work! Moving along I received an e-mail from the nameless person advising me that my delivery was ready and would be delivered on Tuesday 18 June. Great, I live in a rural area and there is no access to the property so I took time off work (1 full day) to ensure I was here to receive the goods. On said day 4pm came and went and still no sign of the delivery. I e-mailed the nameless person to ask what time their driver would be here. I was then informed that it wasn't isn't being delivered today it will be Thursday. No e-mail....no phone call nothing. Customer service at it's absolute worst. I decided why should I give an inconsiderate company my hard earned cash so I asked them to cancel the order. My nameless friend then had the gumption to inform me that it would only be a partial refund after not even having the decency to inform me of my non-delivery. Only after letting them know that I would involve my Solicitor (who was on hand to start communications with them) did I get a satisfactory outcome which was a full refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They seem to have a blatant disrespect for their customers and after reading some reviews I'm obviously not the first. I have since ordered panels from another company and the experience has been great! Hopefully this is helpful.

We arrived looking for one thing and left with another after explaining what we doing and staff proposing ideas for what you had in stock.
Both staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products.
They really couldn’t have been more helpful. So pleased you came up on Google, would certainly recommend and will be using you again.

Three panels delivered instead of four. Delivery for the next panels to be delivered late in the day making me lose a days work. I've used this company many times but will be using a different one from now on.
