Amazing service from Siobhan and Lewis at the Huddersfield shop.
We arrived looking for one thing and left with another after explaining what we doing and staff proposing ideas for what you had in stock.
Both staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products.
They really couldn’t have been more helpful. So pleased you came up on Google, would certainly recommend and will be using you again.

Three panels delivered instead of four. Delivery for the next panels to be delivered late in the day making me lose a days work. I've used this company many times but will be using a different one from now on.

This is the second time dealing with this company and definitely will not be the last! This time, I needed just one more panel (urgently as bathroom was being installed). All it took was one phone call to the Bristol office and Gaz (manager) supplied me with a new panel - even going to the trouble of matching the panel to the original batch - and sent it for delivery ASAP. Honestly, I cannot rate this company highly enough. The bathroom installer is also super impressed with the quality of the panels (White Ash 5mm) and will be recommending them (panels) to all his customers when required.

Poor customer service. there was no one to assist and to ask questions to. Staff in reception was busy chatting, was not helpful and a bit rude.

What can I say about this company, its range of products and service, nothing except 5 star for both!

My contractor, Kev who carried out the work, introduced me to wall panels as I had not previously heard of this finish for a bathroom or indeed any room in the house or office. I am fortunate to live not too far from the Bristol branch branch and as I do not drive he took me to see the variety of range the showroom had to offer and the effect the different styles would have on my small room.

Although the showroom was busy it took no time to find someone who could talk me through the panels and advised we sent for samples before ordering on line or in branch. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was so pleased to find several options to go for, in my bathroom floor and walls. The samples arrived quickly and although they did not give the full effect of each style it was good to see them in daylight and at different times when insitu.

Ordering was simple and a call was made to me the day before delivery so that I could make arrangements. I say simple but unfortunately we overordered the amount of flooring and trims required for the finished work. This however was not a problem as a quick telephone call to head office put me in touch with the Bristol branch. The manager, Gaz, explained that collection of the excess was not a to prove a problem I now just have to await collection, then their inspection of the goods and a refund. No trouble encountered at all. However I would advise correct estimating in the first place - a simple guide is on the website!

When I obtain Kevins approval I will send some pictures of the refit. It has been a large job overall but a quick transformation in different circumstances could achieve huge results. One of the walls covered the existing tiles but on the others he found it easy to cut the panels and use the trims with great results.

Some people might not appreciate my colour scheme, paint wise, but no one could dislike my choice of the blue marble type panels.

The best points for me now and in the future is although the panels are "not Cheap" labour wise they save so much time and in the long run money. No time consuming tile application or messy grout to clean bring another bonus.

If I could mark higher I would and if anyone local wished to view to make up their mind on choosing panels, I would not hesitate to sing the praises of the company and goods purchased. Regards Helen

The customer service is second to none! I purchased shower panels and trims from this company. The after service has to be one of the best companies I have dealt with. After installing a trim we noticed it was the wrong product for the paneling. The company very quickly dispatched a replacement trim so we could continue with the installation. Fast response from the customer service team and quick dispatch delivered by their own team!
