The Passport Expert UK Reviews

I can not recommend Ben any more highly, I reached out to him due to an issue with my passport causing some worry for an upcoming trip, he was very reassuring and offered various options, we then decided to proceed late Friday evening where Ben responded to several questions, we sent the passport on Saturday which he collected on Monday, he had an appt on Tuesday and I got my passport back today, given we had a weekend in the middle, from Friday evening to Wednesday lunchtime to get a new passport, absolutely amazing service! The communication and reassurance throughout aswell was brilliant, responding to any messages within minutes, keeping me informed on progress, and given me reassurances throughout. if you get into a similar position and need an urgent passport, or you just need someone to take the stress away, then use these guys! I certainly will in future, their prices are excellent given the service they provide. Thanks once more Ben, you have been brilliant throughout and again I cant thank you enough for helping us be able to have our family holidays!!!

I’m truly delighted… I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service throughout the process. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you once again for making the process so smooth and straightforward.

Wishing you a lovely day,
B

From my first enquiry through to receiving our new passport, the service from The Passport Export UK was outstanding.

I initially contacted Ben through Instagram with what felt like an endless list of questions. He took the time to answer every one clearly, explained the process and pricing in detail, and gave me complete confidence that I was making the right decision.

The turnaround exceeded all expectations. We sent our old passport from Australia and had the new one back in only 11 calendar days.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Ben kept us updated at every stage, so we always knew exactly what was happening.

If you’re looking for a reliable and professional passport renewal service, I would recommend The Passport Export UK without hesitation. Thank you, Ben, for making what I expected to be a stressful process so simple.
