I have used a perfume for many years that is now only sold by Perfume shop, not only was it on offer today, I saved an extra 20% as bought two bottles.
Jane asked for my opinion on the ‘points’ free gifts that are offered, she also showed me how to use the small atomiser bottle sold in store as this perfume only comes in a larger bottle.
Very helpful.

Getting a Birthday Gift for Mum
I was visiting The Perfume Shop for the first time in 2 years and Lin was amazing. Helped me select a good perfume for my mums birthday and told me details about the shop other branches never told me about. I feel obliged to tell you about the service I received while visiting your Buchanan Galleries branch, The Perfume Shop. We walked in looking for family fragrances, and Dianne your manageress at this branch was second to none. While looking for fragrances, Dianne was exceptional, professional and knowledgeable with all our questions. Dianne’s patience and help with all our requests was so gratifying at a time it is so busy. Dianne would take her time, and attend to us, while we were choosing all our fragrances, while still looking after the premises.
