A very easy way to get an AHC
Having taken our dog to France a number of times, we have never achieved the AHC so easily. The application and forwarding of confirming documentation was straightforward. Every contact was quickly acknowledged. Delivery was as promised by very friendly vet. Cost was more than if we had gone somewhere to get it, but worth it in the saving of time and hassle. We will use this company again!

Great service and good value
Everything went to plan as arranged for a home visit for my Dog's AH cert for a trip to Ireland. Ezekiel was on time & really helpful, and very professional. Communication was easy throughout, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and the service to others.
`This service was £200 less than my local vet quoted, for the same AHC, and all I had to do beforehand was book my dog in for a Rabies Jab, a month before with my own vet @£25.

I had a Maltipoo that I brought to the…
I had a Maltipoo that I brought to the UK from Korea late last year after completing its rabies vaccinations there.
I had all the necessary paperwork, including the certificates issued in Korea and the UK Annex issued during the entry process. When I needed to get an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) to travel to the EU in March, I was worried that I might have to re-vaccinate my dog even though the current rabies vaccination was still valid.
Fortunately, The Pet Passport verified my existing documents and issued the AHC without any issues. They even hand-delivered the documents to my home, which was incredibly convenient. I will definitely use their services again the next time I need an AHC.

Thank you for sharing your experience—it’s great to hear how smoothly everything worked out for you and your Maltipoo!
We understand how concerning it can be when travelling with pets internationally, especially when you’ve already completed vaccinations abroad. We’re really pleased we could review your Korean documentation and confirm everything was in order, so there was no need for unnecessary re-vaccination.
It’s also fantastic to hear that the home delivery made things even more convenient for you. We aim to make the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
We truly appreciate your trust in us and look forward to helping you again on your next trip to the EU! 🐾✈️
Received great service from Ezekiel
Received great service from Ezekiel! It was our first time taking our dog to travel in Europe so I was very worried about the documents and procedures, sent a few emails to Ezekiel before booking the AHC service but he answered all my questions with patience. He was very much on time on the appointment date and the process was quick and great. I will definitely use The Pet Passport Co if I am traveling to Europe again.

Couldn’t recommend enough!
I was hesitant looking at various sites to get an AHC for my dog instead of going to the vets but I’m so glad I booked with Ezekiel. He was polite, responsive and punctual for the appointment. Plus it was a lot cheaper than if I had booked at my regular vets. Will definitely be getting my next AHC from him too.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for putting your trust in us!
We completely understand the initial hesitation when looking at alternatives to your regular vet, so it’s great to hear that choosing us turned out to be such a positive experience. We’re delighted that Ezekiel’s punctuality, professionalism, and communication helped put you at ease—and that we could offer a more cost-effective option too.
Your recommendation really means a lot, and we look forward to helping you again with your next AHC! 🐾✈️
Avoid if you can
Avoid if you can. This company sounds very risky. I was checking the company's website looking for an AHC. The company uses dynamic pricing algorism to lure you in first. As you visit later, the price increases. Initially the website said price starts from £69. Then it increased to £89. Today when I opened the webiste, it increased to £129. Within less than 24 hours, the price was hiked up twice as much, and I have not even started yet. I have taken snapshots of the quotes. On Trustpilot, there is no option to upload photos here to show this. They do not even provide a phone number for contact, There is only an email and nobody replies. I highly doubt if this is legit and the reviews here. Sounds very risky to go with them, especially if you are in a rush to get the certificate.

Hello "Micrometer",
We’re very sorry to hear about your concerns and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We just wanted to clarify a few points, as there may be a misunderstanding about our pricing. We do not use any pricing algorithm or dynamic pricing system — although admittedly we have made some tweaks to our pricing/advertising recently. Our standard AHC price has remained consistent at £129, which we have recently displayed on our home page to implement recent recommendations provided by the CMA.
We used to offer a reduced rate starting at £69 for returning customers, and this was recently updated to £89 to reflect rising fuel and travel costs for our home visit service, as well as general increases in operating expenses across the sector. This may explain the different figures you’ve seen.
Regarding your email, we currently have no unanswered messages in our inbox, so it’s possible that there may have been a typo or issue with your email address. Could you please double-check that it was sent to the correct address (as shown on our website) and resend it? We’d be happy to look into it right away.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope this clears up any confusion.
Kind regards,
Ezekiel
