I ordered a custom coffee mug for my daughter's PhD graduation. It was supposed to be shipped to her, but it never arrived. Until I complained, the shipping tracking number was stuck at "label created" They did respond and said they'd contact USPS which suddenly had the item enroute, not to the intended address, but to my address. The item never arrived despite USPS stating it was delivered. I've submitted a lost delivery complaint to USPS, but they said it was delivered (my Ring camera says otherwise, I saw the postal carrier deliver on that day and that package was not in her arms). A day after I filed my delivery complaint with the USPS, Red First mysteriously issued a partial refund to my credit card ($7.95 of a total $32.28 purchase) with no explanation. I don't ever expect to see this purchase. The entire experience with Red First was shady and "off" from the very beginning. They might follow through sometimes, but my advice would be "buyer beware" with this seller.

UPDATE: 1st wash, almost ALL of the print came off of this sweatshirt! I’m speechless!!
Original review: Sweatshirt poor quality for the price, which made the sizing off. Definitely should have sized up from a Large to an XL, although my husband never wears XL. He Usually wears M-L. Just disappointed in quality of the $60 DOLLAR hoodie.

I ordered a custom shirt and mistyped my address. Customer service was helpful and happy to help me get things fixed so the shirt could be sent back properly.

Can't get any lower than a 1 star.
Never received my order and was not able to leave a message due to a voice mail that was not set up.
They are now asking me to cancel my dispute with PayPal.Paypal has told me not to cancel.
They have never even given my order to the post office to deliver it. It has been stated that a label was created on December 17th and awaiting the item to be shipped. STILL waiting for my refund.
Now the seller is trying ,again to have me cancel the dispute. Seeing so many reviews with the exact same problem that I am encountered. I do not trust this company and feel that I need to file a complaint .

This is absolutely one of the shittiest company's. I never received my order. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and it goes right to voicemail that has no mailbox set up. Hmmmm. When I track my order through uniuni it states the label has been created. When I contact their customer service they state they dont have the package from the company. Who is lying? I dont want to hear the bullshit of overwhelmed logistics companies and being backed up. I work for a delivery service that had no problems getting items delivered that were actually sent from companies. I can't even get my money back because they dont answer the contact us phone # provided!

The shirt was high quality and the print looked nice but the order took forever to arrive, way past the promised date, and the print has faded considerably. For the price, which was A LOT MORE THAN was expected, the print itself should have been much better. $50 for a t-shirt is VERY HIGH, but I believed in the cause so I paid it anyway hoping it would contribute to effort.

This is absolutely the worst company when it comes to communication. I ordered two shirts on the 11 of December that were personalized. It said would be delivered by Christmas. I reached out twice both time it said Uniuni shipping had it. I checked the tracking number for a solid week. Every time it said a label had been printed. Then I reach out to customer service again and they say that now I should receive my products at the end of December. I will never use this company again and will make sure all my colleagues and students in the large education organization I am in will never use them.

Customer Service is excellent I ordered 3 shirts was sent the wrong ones they replaced them with the right ones and let me keep the wrong ones. Also ordered a ornament later and it was awesome absolutely loved it.

Buyer Beware: Good luck actually getting a package from them. Ordered over 15 days ago and it hasn’t even shipped, just a printed label when it clearly said on their website 3-4 days from when I ordered. That was 12/4. Don’t waste your time on emailing either because you’ll just get the same copy paste email template with your useless tracking number. Based on some other reviews I’m not hopeful once it even gets here for the amount of money I spent that it will be quality. Should have known this was as a cheap scam. Update the timeframes on the website if you’re not even going to get it shipped on time. Money wasted on a Christmas gift, overall disappointing experience.

Do not buy from this company. They take your money and string you along with nonsense that your item is in transit. They either can’t fulfill orders, or just use the slowest and cheapest third party shipper. Item was ordered on 11/23 and received an email that item has shipped on 11/25(they printed a shipping label.) Item not received still in 22 days (approx 15 business days) since ordered. When reaching out to them via email, they send the same copy and pasted response that the item is in transit and that they understand my frustration, and that they continue to monitor my order etc…..The shipping policy listed on their website (below) is not accurate.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time
Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut off time will be 02:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
Order handling time is 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
This company is not worth the trouble as they deceive and manipulate their customers when they know they will either not ship your item, or know you will not receive your item for months contrary to what the shipping policy listed on their website states
Please if you choose to respond to my review, acknowledge that i am right and that I did not receive the item that I ordered within the timeframe listed on your website instead of telling me the item is in transit and that understand my frustration

I am so grateful for Red First LLC because their T-Shirts are high quality, but mostly because when I needed help with the shipment of my Christmas order, they responded kindly, quickly, and even sooner than I was originally told. The time frame for delivery was longer than expected. When I did reach out via email I did get a nice response and follow up tracking information but it didn't affect the length of time in transit.
This part could be my fault. I may not have read the description that said they were one dimension acrylic content. For the price I feel that they are pretty cheesy. I thought they would be three dimensional.

The Red First is a SHAM. They claimed my package was “ successfully delivered”. I contacted them to let them know I never received it. They provided a tracking number and website. After checking with the post office, I discovered that neither the tracking number nor the website were legitimate. The Red First offered no assistance in tracking down the package. This company is a sham.
