I have been trying different ways to aquire an invoice for my merchandise. I was charged $103.20 on Oct. 5, 2025. But because I am not able to provide a shipping no. and there was no packing list in the package, I am unable to complete a request for an invoice. HOW DO PEOPLE GET AHOLD OF THIS COMPANY??

I had to go through a lengthy back and forth to get a refund even though the return policy that was posted said 30 days and I met the requirements posted on their Instagram shop page. In my opinion the item I received was not giftable nor the quality I would expect for the price I paid. Their customer service eventually resolved this for me after I had to file reports & complaints and post a bad review. I only wish they spent more time solving my issue than nickle and diming me on a refund & begging me to edit and update my review which I am slightly doing now. I have removed the part about China scam but I am not sure if this is an actual American company or not.

I didn’t receive an item and when I contacted customer service, they wanted a picture of the shipping box that didn’t contain my item. I’d already thrown it out because I didn’t know I’d have to keep a box for the other items I did receive!! when I emailed them again to reply that I didn’t have the box. She just sent the same message asking for a picture of the box and we went through the same cycle several times. It’s very obvious that it’s used as an excuse not to actually have to deal with it. The quality of some of the items was decent and some were not great. For example I ordered an autographed photo and it is in the cheapest cardboard frame with a plastic cover. I will not order here again. And I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been trying since late September to get a refund. I ordered the Charlie Kirk red sweatshirt and the quality of the print was faded and it had a strong odor. I gave up calling because they don’t answer the phone. They respond in email about every couple of weeks. They sent me a replacement sweatshirt which had the same issue. I just want my money back and they refuse to do so. Beware that if you buy something and are not satisfied, you will never get a refund.

The systems and the Red First people using them are timely, thorough and to the Point. They immediately solved a delivery problem (mine) in a focused way that was most appreciated. Looking forward to finding other "must have" product offerings on their site. I'm sure I'll be again pleased with their product and extraordinary service.

I loved my shirts I ordered but my ornament had a little blemish on it. A little disappointed but decided to just keep it instead of going through the hassle of returning it and replacing it.

I really liked the Charlie Kirk shirt I ordered. Sturdy material, bright red color and white lettering. I also ordered a Charlie Kirk memorial Christmas ornament and a 250th anniversary of the USA Christmas ornament. Both are sturdy but heavy. My only concern is that they could weigh down the branches on my Christmas tree. Otherwise they are nice quality.

Liked all products that were ordered. Not all items arrived at the same time. That was a bit confusing for an older fellow like myself. Wife helped me to find where items may not come at same time. Then it was just time and patience. The good Lord has helped me over the years with that patience part. I thank y'all for the great work you are doing for Jesus Christ and our country. Y'all are always in our prayers and GOD always bless you!!!!!

I did not receive all of my order. It is not unusual for ordered items to ship/deliver on separate dates, so I patiently waited. I received an email stating these 3 items had shipped and i was provided a tracking number. The tracking number looked odd and when I tried to track the package, it showed the number to be invalid. I even placed the number into a global tracking system and it came up invalid and not associated with any carrier. I have attempted to contact this company by phone and email and no one responds. I have not received any email stating it is out for delivery, nor any email stating the rest of my order was delivered as was provided with my first item which successfully reached my address.
