Grade F for customer service

Item was too small. I tried for a month to exchange it for the next size up. None responsive at first. Then given instructions to follow. Sent requested information. They said they would send me a code to cover the cost of the item, and I would pay the shipping. Days past never received the code. Tried to submit a ticket to get help. It wouldn’t accept the order number.

My first order to Red First was a wonderful experience. I mistakingly ordered the wrong size. I sent customer service an email and they responded the next day that correct size would be sent. I opened the shipment upon arrival and the correct size had been sent. I would definitely order from them again. Thanks customer service.

The Company keep me updated because they were having to make a lot of The Charlie kirks shirts and they did keep me informed that it was taking a while. Great shirt! Great craftsmanship they did on it all over. Good shirt made very well and thank you for letting me remember. Charlie Kirk for the good works he did!
