It was my first time translating important documents like this and I can say I had a great experience. It was fast and accurate with it. I will recommend your service for sure! Thank you for always being there making sure I understood the process and making sure it is all correct done.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I accidently ordered certified translation instead of sworn translation. I noticed the error two hours after I made the order and asked them to cancel my order because of the mistake. They refused and instead of me paying them for the work they had already done and stopping, they continued with the order. They then upgraded the order and when I said that I don't wish for them to upgrade it, they have been going back and forth with me about the order even though they claim that they have hassle free cancellations. What a rip off and the mistake is going to cost me thousands of dollars.

These guys are great! They are fast, efficient and professional. I had a nine-page document where several pages were in different languages, initially I used a different translating service and it was a complete fiasco 3 weeks wasted and no translations.

Then I found the Spanish group wow not only did they understand what needed to be done. They did it fast and professionally. I could not be more pleased with their service and would use them again in the future for any translation needs I had. I highly recommend them.

Disappointing experience and felt like a bait-and-switch. I used their website quote tool to price my document translation, placed the order, and then was contacted afterwards and asked to pay more due to a price change.

They advised cancellation was an option, so I requested to cancel straight away. Instead of processing it, they stalled and kept offering “discounts” against the increased price. After multiple follow-ups from me, they stopped responding entirely.

I ended up using another translation service who delivered with no issues. I wouldn’t recommend based on the lack of transparency and communication.

I needed certified translations to request my uncle’s death certificate in the U.S. When I asked them to wait before proceeding, they respected that and did not pressure me. Communication resumed only when I contacted them again.
The documents were delivered online as agreed, and the overall process was smooth and professional. I appreciated the respectful communication throughout.

The Spanishgroup Team is my first time discoverying Team. The is real and amizing. The is well coordinated. The Team is trust worthy. They mean what they say and they what they will do with no time waisted. The translation they did for me was done as if I was face to face with them. Every request. Extremely disappointing experience. I submitted two documents for a USCIS visa process, which is time-sensitive. I later used their own system to request a revision after uploading the correct documents and emailed to confirm they were legible;something they explicitly confirmed.

Despite this, they translated the wrong documents. I provided screenshots and email proof, yet it took over a week for them to “investigate,” only to then demand an additional payment (more than double what a new request would have cost) despite the error being entirely theirs.

My case was clearly mishandled internally, as I was repeatedly asked for information I had already provided. After another week, they again "investigated" and demanded payment and then claimed the document was “not legible,” contradicting their earlier confirmation and asking me to transcribe it.

I ultimately used another translation service, which translated the exact same document within 24 hours with no issues. Given the urgency of a USCIS process, this level of delay and incompetence is unacceptable. I regret using The Spanish Group and would not recommend them.

Very, very shoddy work. I would NEVER use them again for any important translation, especially if it's a document I need to submit to any government agency. First let me start off by stating that I myself am a Federally certified Court Translator & Interpreter for Spanish/English. I do legal translations every day as part of my work. My wife needed her Spanish birth certificate translated into English but due to conflict of interest rules imposed by my job I myself am not allowed to officially translate any documents for my immediate family members, so I went with these guys. Long story short, I sent their work back 3 times until they finally got it right. It turns out that whoever did the translation kept insisting on translating "ciudadano estadounidense" into "American citizen". You cannot use "American citizen" on an official document, because American is a generic term that applies to anyone born in the Americas. This translation job was for a document that was to be submitted to the U.S. Department of State. The correct translation in this case would be "U.S. citizen". After sending their translation back for correction twice, the guy that did the job sent me back the exact same translation he sent originally UNCORRECTED both times, the second time he sent it back he cut & paste in his email the dictionary definition of "American" from some random dictionary to show that "American" and "U.S. citizen " mean the same.
Yes they do; COLLOQUIALLY, but NOT on an official legal translation! So I in turn sent him a copy of the U.S. Department of State rules that govern correct use of terminology in official legal translations, after which I finally got back a useful translation. Obviously the translators they use are subpar at best.
Now let's talk about their SPAM. Oh my God, ever since I used their services they bomb my inbox every day with spam, even several times per day. There's no Unsubscribe option included, their Send Feedback link doesn't work and they offer no way whatsoever to contact them by email. In other words; not only are their translations bad, but they're EVIL as well!

La traducción me la enviaron pero no me la recibieron en el DMV. Me dijeron que el traductor tenía que ser parte de la American Translation Association.
Les pedí el formulario del transito (4030 Rev 2/16) firmado para acreditar eso y me dijeron que tenía que pagar de nuevo.

I have translated several simple 1 page documents with them in the past and it was fine. This time I had to translate a 4 page document and it was a different story all together. I put an order on their site, paid for it and next day recieved an email claiming that the word count (done on their site) is incorrect and I have an outstanding balance for the difference and they cannot proceed until I pay it. Well, I count words myself, also send the text to ai to count and the total word count comes down to the original amount. So they were trying to charge me extra for nothing, hoping that I won't check it myself I guess. So I write them an email asking to cancel my order as I'm not comfortable continuing working with them after they mislead me like that. I hear nothing from them for several days. So I write them again asking to cancel and refund me in full. Again, no reply for 2 days. Finally all of the sudden I receive a letter from them saying that my order has been processed and shipped and they are not going to refund. That email is followed by another one, in which they proclaim their commitment to customers - as a joke i guess. Never again. By contrast I ordered translation from IMMITRANSLATE - they were twice as cheap, and did the job twice as fast. Never never again, Spanish Group. ​

I got my translation done on time. The billing was correct . At the beginning was kind of confusing but I called customer service and they give me more details. I set only 3 stars because my credit card information was stolen after using this website. I am from Canada and the credit card used was charged for many purchases all from USA and this was the only website from USA that I used .Be careful.
