Recently I had the need to submit to a California public agency a certified and notarized translation of my Mexican birth certificate.
Because the 1952 document had been filled out in cursive handwriting, I anticipated a complicated ordeal and a high price.
A web search led me to The Spanish Group. Their process was straight forward, fast and fairly priced.
Email acknowledgement was almost immediate, my original document was easy to upload, and an excellent translation was emailed to me within a day. The handful of corrections - all due to the handwritten nature of the information - were made and returned to me within hours.
The product - translated document, certifcation, and notary seal - was delivered in PDF format, easily printable.

I submitted my document for a rush translation and apostille and it was completed within a few hours. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

They answered our questions fully and promptly, were very quick in getting our documents back to us, and had low prices.

I got a large number of documents translated with this company, doing sworn Spanish translation. They were for the most part efficient, and when there were issues, they worked to resolve them. I love that there is a number with a live human being 24/7! This is amazing, and really helped. Live human support is worth its weight in gold, IMHO.

I paid $751 US for two pages sworn translated hardcopies.
It would have cost half this amount however I paid double for them to arrive yesterday.

They did not arrive. Company said my acceptance of additional 'shipping fees' went to their 'spam' folder. So they missed it. They did not offer any meaningful compensation and validated their mistake by saying that the translation was done expeditiously and that's what I paid double for. No, I paid for it to be sent in the mail not just sitting on their desk. It will now arrive in a couple days. If I ordered it to arrive the day it will actually arrive on, I would have paid only half.

Buyer beware. They will not compensate you reasonably for their errors. As will not arrive now until Sept 4th, I may not have the documents in time for my consular appointment. I have a feeling based on other negative reviews, that what they send me may not be an actual sworn translation afterall - as purchased. I will edit my comment here after my consular appointment to let everyone know.

I believe many of the great customer service reviews are false reviews. I wish I could share with you all my emails to them and you would see they aim to resolve nothing. Not only that, but you can tell on these reviews that the company only responds to the 'positive reviews' and ghosts the negative ones. That should tell you everything you need to know.

I am so disappointed of them, I ordered a Certified Translation from Spanish to English and they translated the main document and did the Translation Certificate in Spanish. And now they want to charge again to translate the Translation Certificate from Spanish to English.
